Different game but had we played them today it would have been that by half time.

If we go there with such a naive attitude it could be anything. We go into games so naive thinking we can just blaze teams away and go all guns blazing, but you need to start games tight and compact sometimes and build into them. We are reminding of Blackpool a few seasons ago when they got relegated, by just blindly attacking everyone.

There is a real possibility that the scums thrashing at man Utd may be beaten we can''t live with the possibility of that

Get him out and replace with our only hope

Going to stick a few quid on over 5.5 match goals for this game! Small consolation for the hiding were going to take, Ipswich''s record is in real danger here 😪

Does that mean we can still win the league and cup double too LDC........believe and it will just magically happen!

Excellent and there''s me thinking it''s all down to the board to spend every penny they can afford on player budgets, which hasn''t happened, the manager to forge a team in his vision and set up a system to get the required results, the players to push themselves and buy into the manager and what he expects.

At the moment, we have fallen short in investing in quality, for a number of reasons, the manager has failed in his system or to change things effectively, he''s no Lambert who had a knack of getting something out of key games for us and last the players are just not good enough for this league, they weren''t two seasons ago and we strengthened with relegated players, a few of loanees and players not wanted by struggling premiership clubs.

It doesn''t take a genius to work out that if all three areas are poor then it''s very likely well not go too far in this league. We needed AN to be as good as some on here thought he''d be the next Furgeson, but it''s not worked out that way yet, he''s not up to it and learning which is at this level is a dangerous game.

Still time to agree on one thing on any given day any team has a chance of beating anyone in this league, I''d be happy not to concede more than 4.

If they don''t, they have no business putting on the shirt.  As a wannabe footballer (which most of us are/were) I have the same idea.  You have to believe.

As I type, the ground staff at the Etihad are currently installing the loaned ''redundant till next year'' and for one game only, cricket scoreboard from the Emirates Old Trafford - (which is the home of the Lancashire County Cricket Club)......This is to accommodate and display the gargantuan score against the next visitors NCFC. As unfortunately, the ''home goals'' electronic Etihad scoreboard.......only goes up to 20.......
