A word of warning

Recommended Posts

Let''s prepare ourselves for the National Media to say how shocking Sunderland are, and not giving us an ounce of credit for how we played , and restricted Sunderland''s game plan.

Take a deep breath......................................

Yeah. same happened when we completely outplayed Swansea a few seasons ago. At the time it seemed like everybody loved them with their slick attacking football...then we destroyed them. From what I recall all we got was a couple of reluctant platitudes on MOTD!

The commentator was already at it at the end. They were terrible in all fairness, but we did our job and played some cracking passing football.

Sunderland will go down this year bar some miracle. That said, we played some good stuff and yes it won''t get the credit but that''s how I''d prefer it. People can keep underrating us all seasons if it means we stay up!

Lol used to it now and expect nothing less....

Certainly doesn''t help attract quality players though....

We are the best of the promoted sides after 2. Would take away wins any time in this league.

Final score on BBC being very complimentary saying we"are everything Sunderland aren''t, organised, deserved the 3 points, and haven''t had an away loss since AN arrived and deserved the win".

Thought this was going to be a doom thread talking about how one swallow doesn''t make a summer and all that!

Think this board is going to be a little quieter tonight!
