Canary Wundaboy 1,359 Posted September 1, 2015 Assuming nothing else is going to happen in terms of players coming in one thing is now clear, we cannot afford to have high-wage players sat on the sidelines anymore. We''ve failed to strengthen in key areas and an argument could be made that with Johnson gone we''re now lacking vital cover in midfield. We need to get players like Lafferty in from the cold and playing well and earning their inflated wage packets, otherwise we''re going to be heading down without so much as a whimper.
