Norwich made bids for Naismith, Walters, Gayle, Afobe, et al and no-one wanted to come. First season Paul Lambert was in the premiership he didn''t buy i any big buys either. Just players he had seen at lower levels Pilkinfton, Bennett, Johnson, Howson, Vaughan and Morison. Maybe that''s what city should''ve done. gone for the best the championship had to offer. But then Pritchard and Bamford were already loan players and c. Martin had been at City already so is anyone really to blame. Look at Snodgrass and Leroy Fer moved to the premiership from the championship last year and got relegated aagin. Maybe if City can somehow regain Premiership status and Alex Neil can prove his pl Pedigree signing quality players will be easier.
