Mulumbu looks a good signing for

Norwich but hard for the fans to come up with a chant !
Easy. His chant at WBA:

"Mulumbu, woah, Mulumbu, woah, he comes from Africa, he''s better than Kaka, Muuuuulumbu, woooah, Muuuuulumbu, wooooah (repeat)
Only slight reservation is that he didn''t play many games for West Brom after he returned from the African cup of nations, last season.I hope thats not going to be an issue.
Ramadan can also be an issue, but then again Arsenal have five Muslims on their books.
Still want to know where all the money has gone! 2 WBA rejects is hardly ambitious now is it!
Yes, lets go out and spend £8 Million on a striker from a top continental club, that''ll show them how ambitious we are.

Waveney dogg and bungay dog sitting in a tree??

Actually if Newcastle can attract Bas Dost from Wolfsburg I would hope we can too.

Good signing, really pleased with that, we''ve got a decent midfield now haven''t we?

competitive/combative type to challenge/fill in for tettey when his knees are sorenot really carvalho, wanyama or defour but at least hes ''free''and if it means more money for a centre back, left back, right back and left winger which we really need to replace the not really capable from last time we were relegated then im happy

Not a problem this season, Ramadan has just begun and will finish on 18 July.

Fantastic calibre of player to kick off our summer transfers. If we bring in other players of this level or higher we''re in for a very exciting window indeed! Let''s all bear in mind AN said not to expect an overhaul but to add some depth and quality to an already very good squad. Mulumbu does exactly that and should fit into our pack very nicely

Carvalho would be extremely unlikely (unless you''re talking about the ex Chelsea man but even so), Wanyama is brilliant but also unlikely, Defour has played for anderlecht for ages but a shout...

This might be a far better signing than Dorrans, on his day is outstanding.

Not sure where this leaves the likes of O''Neil and Andreu, out the door on loan or sold?

Great to get a player of quality in his prime for a token cost, really not sure why WBA didn''t keep him, might just be that Pulis & him don''t get on.

A couple half decent defenders and another big target striker to help play the lone role and we''re there.
He didn''t play much after the African Cup of Nations as it coincided with Pulis taking over at WBA. He isn''t known for his love of central midfielders below 6ft tall.
Yeah, a West Brom fan told me :-"he dropped down the pecking order when Fletcher came as he took Mulumbu''s role in the Yacob partnership"

This signing and the Dorrans one reminds me of the period in our history when we picked up players like Crook, Bowen, Townsend etc. who were on the cusp on first team football at other clubs but didn''t quite make it, they did more than OK for us.
