So just how much have Watford bu99ered up their squad then?

Recommended Posts

As we''re on the subject of talking everything not Norwich city I noticed Watford have made quite a few signings:

Giedrius Arlauskis Undisclosed

Valon Behrami £3m

Miguel Britos Undisclosed

Etienne Capoue Undisclosed

Jose Holebas £1.8m

Marco Motta Free

Allan Nyom Undisclosed

Sebastian Prodl Free

Steven Berghuis £4.6m

Although I don''t know who Allan Nyom or Giedrius Arlauskis are, I very much I like their names.

Anyway, surely favourites to go down?

Apparently they''ve still got a couple more coming in too.

I do know that Holebas the left back is good as was Behrami a long while ago whilst at West Ham.

Biggest unknown quantity of the season that''s for sure.

Plus a new manager, massive risk on their part, a couple of decent players without a doubt, they changed manager 4 times last season and got away with it, maybe that has made them so bold?.

And those 25 players they register have to include 8 ''in nation'' players meaning they have to have been at a club in England for 3 years between 16-21, not sure that many of there squad last season fitted that description.

It''s certainly going to be interesting to see if the manager can integrate all the new faces........or will we see the owners playing games to keep players happy across the three clubs they own, do enough to keep up and then use next years money to fund all three clubs?
