NCFC relegated - Fer & Snodgrass jump ship - straight into the arms of 2 teams who subsequently get relegated!

Does this show poor judgement on their part or do they have some sort of "relegation jinx"?

If it''s the jinx, given that Fer has failed his medical at Sunderland, does that put West Ham at risk?

You can go as far back as Craig Bellamy for the last player to go on to a successful career after Norwich... Since then plenty have left with potential but failed to achieve their potential whether by injury or poor form: Darren Kenton, Darren Eadie, Dean Ashton etc etc the list is endless!

Green hasn''t improved necessarily but has been consistent.

Ashton is a odd one because he did actually go on to do better after leaving us, but unfortunately got his injury.

Maybe not one of our players per say; but Peter Crouch we obviously helped his career a fair bit.

Chris Martin maybe?

Korey Smith has come on leaps and bounds, winning a trophy in the process. Yes, not at the same level but he''s had a decent career so far, as has Adeyemi.

Snodgrass was just unlucky as he was out injured, had he scored the goals for Hull that he did for us they may have survived.

With Fer I think it just feeds the view that he was too languid and ineffective, a modern version of Damian Francis where he should have been a game controller but ended up disappearing for long stretches. Probably the most frustrating type of player- you know the talent is in there but too rarely see it.

So he has at times done better.

Green is unquestionable. No one said the player got better - just that they had achieved at a higher level.

Etuhu as well for a good few seasons after leaving as with a few of that era.
