I mean... Come on!

I think I''d prefer Doncaster or Grimsby or something.

You could be in the Lake District and scared to leave your house because your neighbour likes to accost you and deliver sermons on how you could be a better person.

I live in Boro and have been to many parts of the world but the warmest, lovliest feeling is to go back home.

Don''t believe everything you read in the daily mail.

My brother runs a pub in Norwich and we took a bus full there a couple of weeks back. Lovely occasion and the result was the icing on the cake.

Cheers and may the best team win.

Norwich is a brilliant City, I love going there but Norfolk is full of sh1th0les as well like Gorleston, Lowestoft and (unfortunatly for me) my hometown Yarmouth.

I''ve been to that part of the world a few times, it''s no worse than Yarmouth (where a lot of City supporters will come from) lol
Hey gorlestons pretty nice mate classy beach
Talking about job opportunities, unemployment levels, ratio of men to women (massive sausage fest around here) , culture, quality of night life etc beach may be nice but the whole of East Norfolk is a fu(k1ng sh1th0le on par with any other dilapidated hell hole in this country including the run down parts of the North east..

Lowestoft is in Suffolk you''re right, my bad..feels like Yarmouth/Gorleston though and there''s more City fans there so I got mixed up :p

But like I said Norwich is fantastic and anyone living there is very lucky :P

It''s not too bad at the moment.

10 mins from some of the best coast line in the UK and the North Yorkshire national park.

Winning a cup and plenty of cup finals for those under the age of 35 to recall

European cup final

A sober chairman who doesn''t make a fool of himself live on Sky TV

Spent most of the last 30 years doing better than the team closest to us avoiding having to be the worst team in the region

Don''t have to pick turnips for a living

Life could be worse fella.

But what you fail to mention is that Middlesborough is in fact in the north

Don''t know if you factored that in.

Plenty of lads I know managing to get off the rigs for the weekend.

Have lived all over the world with the army. Could of settled anywhere. Settled back in the north east. As above, 10 minutes from North Yorkshire moors, 15 minute drove to saltburn and the Yorkshire coast. Love the place.

Middlesbrough is like any post industrial northern city/town, it has its good parts and its bad parts. I live just outside Middlesbrough. I''ve travelled all over the country and i wouldn''t want to live anywhere else. I''ve visited Norwich several times and find it a lovely city. It seems pretty similar to Boro to me but without the industry/ex industry.

Boro = nice people, nice beer. Norwich = nice people, nice beer.

Newcastle is further north than us and is a fantastic city, Sunderland on the other hand is a hell hole :P

To be fair, the smogies are great people, the location of the city is great, but the city itself lets it all down, was told by one guy I know who grew up there they didn''t even have a cinema until the late 90''s!

Still anywhere that knows what a marra is is alright by me...

Yeah it''s a real hardship, coming from a town which has a slogan of ''We Built The World'' which is more applicable than any Norwich have unless it''s ''We Provide Chicken Drummers To The World''

Go to any corner of this globe, look on most famous landmarks, you''ll find an imprint of TEESSIDE STEEL

Former glories you might add, glory all the same. For current times, Middlesbrough may not be pretty, but it''s not as ugly as envy

What has Norwich ever done for the country, never mind the world? No doubt you have nice areas, unspoilt landscapes, plenty of horse shit and tractors to keep the fields green, but you only need to drive 20 minutes from Boro town centre and we have very same thing, including the North Yorks Moors amongst other areas

You can call this a bite if you like!

I don''t know who told you that but it simply isn''t true. Sunderland however, did go a good few years without one when all the old ones were closed down but no new multiplexes built. Boro has always had plenty of screens.
