Let's hear it for the Ticket Office

Recommended Posts

I just wanted to record my gratitude to the ticket office for the way that they have dealt with phenomenal demand in a short space of time. I have had to make complicated arrangements due to mobility issues of some family members and they have been absolutely brilliant - incessantly patient and helpful. Given the pressure that they must have been under due to stressed fans like me desperate to get hold of the "right" tickets - I really think that they deserve a "pat on the back."I hope the club rewards them appropriately, but my experience is that the staff I dealt with went beyond the call of duty and recognised how important this all is to a family club. I did not feel like "just a customer," but part of a Norwich City community.A big thank you from me!

It was amazing Badge, picked up ticket yesterday and was offered a blowy, politely refused but you have to say well done for the offer.

Agree with these sentiments. They don''t get everything right - the Semi Final ticketing policy being one good example - and there''ll always be some disappointed people but I think they''ve done a phenomenal job here. By all accounts Middlesbrough''s decision to use Ticketmaster hasn''t left them covered in glory so we made the right call in avoiding that company.Well done to all. No doubt Mr McNally will be handing out the bonuses as I write. [;)]

Job well done - at least appear to have sold mainly to those who want to go, and not to those who wish to sell on.

Yes well done Ticket Office staff, that had to be a tough few days! Special thanks to Stephen Graham who went beyond the call of duty to get my wife, who also has mobility issues, a wheelchair user ticket when we thought she''d missed out.

Agreed. Whilst there will always be people disappointed at missing out I think it''s been well planned and good to ensure the most deserving had first chance at getting them. Also we will have saved a bundle by not outsourcing to Ticketmaster and it says a lot that it''s more Middlesbrough tickets on tout sites than ours.

We did outsource, thats why people queuing were given a voucher, and not a ticket, all tickets came in an envelope with a Devon postmark, we used a specialist fulfilment company rather than a bunch of ticket touts like ticket master.

But have to say i have nothing but praise for Danny and the team at our ticket office, always give a great service, big thumbs up from me OTBC

Yep. They have handled it well.Great credit to them. I would just also like to say that i hope, even those who did miss out this time on tickets, have a great day watching in the pubs and at home. Should be a great day however you watch it. OTBC

I suggest a few hundred of us turn up to the ticket office and give them a minutes applause of appreciation at the first game of next season.
