Southend keeper was full of it during the shoot out.

Jumping up an down, eyeballing and mouthing off to the penalty taker, delaying the penalty.

Of course he came out trumps in the end.

Can''t see Ruddy behaving like that but I do wonder if that sort of intimidation/ disruption to an already bricking it penalty taker can influence the outcome.
