Hamilton friendly

Recommended Posts

The story on the main page has their chairman talking of a possible friendly game against us. We should be up for that (if only because he is called Ronnie MacDonald !)Given how little complant or bad feeling has come from Hamilton, it would be a suitable gesture on our part. Being a PL club should help fill theit stadium as well. At £120m plus there should be no need to ask for expenses either, more so as RM has said "It will go into the continued development of the club. We have a lot of

youth teams to run. That is the way we do things at Hamilton."
That''s what we should be supporting. A breathe of fresh air in the fetid, money grabbing world that is much of the rest of football.

Hamilton have said it''s not going to happen between now and the start of the season due to timings.

If last year''s pre-season debacle is anything to go by, we''d organise a match against Hamilton, omly for them to be replaced by a bunch of amateur no-hopers-or, as they are better known north of the border, Dundee FC.

It''s the least we can do for them and as someone else said long may the association continue after some of the quality players that come their from there place in recent years let alone the acquisition of their management..

Why exactly are you on this forum? You contribute nothing to it regarding NCFC, and it is after all a NCFC forum.
