Good place to watch game tomorrow?

Recommended Posts

I haven''t been out to a pub to watch a Norwich game in quite a while and was planning on going tomorrow.I was wondering if anyone had any particular recommendations.I was hoping there might be somewhere I can actually watch the game while sitting down, but I realise this might be a tall order as I expect everywhere to be packed out. What say you?

My mate and his family are going to the Ketts Tavern (they have seen games there before and enjoyed it), but I do not know the dynamics of the place, but might be worth giving them a ring first

Ketts Tavern has changed hands and been given an outrageous revamp and paint job plus a name change so I think you would be right to check it out first.

Good place to watch game tomorrow?

Anywhere but someone''s gaff, where the residents/occupants/militant milibants have socialist or left wing affiliations.......I don''t think that they''d be very good company at this moment in time - and will probably be sporting faces like cabbage patch dolls......Politics and Footy don''t mix......apparently.....

The murderers should be pretty good, but it also seems like Ketts is a popular choice

Try The Castle

they are not showing the game but if we go behind you can always take comfort in that someone will pick you up

Thanks for the mention for The Ketts. Although many places will have the game on today, we work hard on making the atmosphere the best in the City with the best audio and visual experience (multiple TV''s, big screen and surround sound.

The Ketts has changed its name to Virtuoso Craft Brewpub & Smokehouse. It now sells 28 craft beers, ales and lagers, has its own smokehouse selling locally sourced meat in a restaurant area, as well as in the bar and will soon be brewing its own ales and craft beers on the premises. (www.virtuosonorwich.co.uk for more details).

It is however still a community football pub at heart and will continue to show Norwich City matches whenever possible, whether that be the championship or premiership (The premiership would be a lot easier though!)
