Who takes responsibility for changing the tactics?

Clearly going on the performance today nobody.  We continued to hit the long ball to Ashton and McKenzie all through the game despite the fact that the Coventry defenders were winning the majority of headers.  I feel that our coaching staff are somewhat lacking when it comes to  tactics because it is either a big hoof up front or get it out to Huckerby.

Worthy complained afterwards about our passing game, but surely responsibility for that aspect of the game lies with him the other coaching staff.
