CANARYKING 637 Posted March 18, 2015 Saturday''s game looks increasingly difficult to call, unless we''re at the top of our game we could easily slip up, mustn''t go gung ho they''ve got some very fast forwards.
GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 1,749 Posted March 18, 2015 draws are no good to Forest if they are to break into the playoffs.....this should at least ensure that they will be one of the few sides who will come here and try to win.....this ,I assume will favour us as we''ve seen on many occasions our failure to beat sides at home who are out for a draw. mrs miggins 0 Posted March 18, 2015 If we don''t win the next one, I think that would be it for our title hopes.
havemyhowsonit 0 Posted March 19, 2015 Title hopes long gone. 2 draws wasn''t enough
mrs miggins 0 Posted March 19, 2015 Why are title hopes gone but not 2nd place? - They''re on the same points.
Branston Pickle 3,657 Posted March 19, 2015 Forest are on decent form so it''ll be a test - but the fact that they will probably look for the win might help us, it is against some of the (lesser) sides that have shut up shop that we have struggled at home. There''s still a lot of points to go for, the late draw against Hudds could yet prove important, we won''t know until early May. Lose any more ground and we might find ourselves unable to close the gap, but 5pts can be, and often is, overcome in just a couple of games.
