You might be right and they''ve probably scored a couple in friendlies but tonight''s was their first ever competitive goal.

Makes San Marino look like world beaters....

there were 12 (?) subs and whittaker wasnt named amongst them either. but no news of an injury either so assume he remains fit

I lived in Gib on and off for about 4 years in the 60''s and 70''s. They had only one grass football pitch then, in a town whose population is smaller than Swaffham.

Makes San Marino look like world beaters....[/quote]Fifa should run a tournament for the likes of Gibralter, San Marino, Andorra, Liechtenstein and other smaller nations.. their own "world cup" with prize money to go into developing the nations football.I like the sound of it as it wouldn''t be full of corruption and cheating like the top level game, just good honest football and good honest players
