Blimey Lapps, you''ve been a bit kind to that lot down the road, haven''t you?
They''ve got a very tough set of fixtures this month and they''re already out of the top six. I just think they''ll fall away just like others have in the past.

I came up with this

Bournemouth 46 35 92

Norwich 46 31 87

Derby 46 29 86

Middlesbrough 46 28 85

Watford 46 28 81

Brentford 46 12 77

Nott''m Forest 46 8 77

Wolverhampton 46 6 76

Ipswich 46 17 74

Looking through it, crazy how so many of the top teams play each other - in effect, on paper, we have the easiest run in, however,.....

I did a worse case scenario with us only winning 4 more games and got

Derby 46 29 87

Watford 46 28 86

Bournemouth 46 35 84

Middlesbrough 46 28 84

Norwich 46 31 83

Brentford 46 12 80

Ipswich 46 17 78

Wolves 46 6 70

I was quite generous with some our opposition and had us losing at home to Forest, losing away to Leeds, drawing away at lowly Brighton and only drawing Saturday against Derby. That would be a bad end to the season by our new standards and we only finished 3 off the auto''s there which shows this is very do-able if we keep our standards up!

Imo we should be aiming for the title, with so many of the top teams playing each other and having two above us at home we should hopefully have enough to go up

Irish, I don''t think you''re a "glass half-empty" type. With that list you''re more a "hand me a Magnum 44 and I''ll top myself now" type.

Can''t see anything stopping Bournemouth.

The biggest danger to our promotion chances is Watford.

As I''ve said before: Derby and Boro are play-off contenders only.

I didn''t adjust for GD Johnny, just home win, draw or away win.

Where is Tom Moore when he is needed? He could tell us which three teams are going to break away from the pack and then we would only have to be concerned with beating out one club for the automatic positions.
