To anybody whop is concerned about free speech of journalists who have not had the stamp of neoconservatism stamped on to their bacvksides or their brains mushed with fake news. Anybody who has been following the accusations and subsequent headlines screaming rape and comparing Alex Salmond to H. Weinstein would think it is normal in the #me too world today. Fact is that newspapers could not even wait for the defense to make their cases . They reported salaciously and from second and third hand journalism, the BBC, Sky and or the Telegraph, all handpicked to be in court. Not one of them reported the piece by piece demolition of the prosecution, who had no witness statements at all, by the defense and they barred an accredited journalist of the black island Journalism ltd. Craig Murray was barred from ourt and apprehended by the police for reasons of 'possible contempt of court', a brand new means of excluding someone from court for reporting verbatim, but without naming anyone. This farce apparently instigated by the Judge Mrs. Dorrian, without having a minutes meeting with Craig Murray to enable any reference to the 'contempt' to be rectified, if mentioned, could have been avoided. There is ample fair and accurate reports from this trial available which nobody in the public was partial to. Poor journalists like Philip Sims twittering away for the BBC choose to give a distorted, emotional and salacious view from these proceedings.
