  1. Matty Fryatt is surely a better option as a striker. Julian Speroni if we need to replace Ruddy.
  2. Shola is a free agent. We need a big man up front in the Championship, to play up with Hooper. People don''t seem to like the sound of Shola but I can''t think of any other decent big men around.
  3. jaemae2 is a Watford fan. No idea why this forum is getting trolled by a Watford fan.
  4. Wiki says he broke his foot three times when young, may explain why he is a late developer.
  5. Both have become bad eggs, get rid and replace. Assombalonga from Peterborough is left footed and can play wing or up front. He can replace Pilkington.
  6. Sorry Chicken but that is a terrible list. Apart from Joe Cole, who we wouldn''t get if we tried, and Kuszczak who would be OK if we lose Ruddy to compete with Bunn and Rudd, you can''t be serious when you suggest Ngog, Ambrose and Lita? They are the type of signings that Doncaster and Barnsley were making last season, old has beens.
  7. A good player at this level surely? Got to be an upgrade on Elmander?
  8. Actually feel a bit better about Adams after watching that.
  9. Seen a lot said about Bowkett and McNally but can only seem to find tidbits, mostly 1 minute clips of Adams. Can anybody share a link to the full press conference? Much appreciated.
  10. Uwe Rosler wants to sign this player for Wigan apparently and they don''t want Holt. Many of you would have Holt back but he is past his best, interestingly this Dom Dwyer is the current MLS top scorer and won the MLS cup last year. Had a look at his wiki page, and he has played for Kings Lynn and was in our academy! So why don''t we sign Dom Dwyer?
  11. The fact that we look to be retaining Mark Bunn despite Rudd coming back means that we may need Bunn and Rudd because Ruddy is leaving? Not sure if you misread or are a little dim, but keeping Ruddy, Bunn and Rudd is unlikely.
  12. Fair enough, I''m new here.Still, I didn''t see that and my ''source'' didn''t need the pink''un to know this as he is friends with them - so I''ve still got a 100% 1-0 ITK record.Woohooo! I''m officially retiring as an ITK poster and carrying on as a NAFCP (not a feckin clue poster), unless I can magically become friends with somebody who is friends with a player again, at which point I''ll come out of retirement like Paul Scholes.(if you want a reason why he wants to move, he wants to get up near his dad, former Stoke keeper, who is in a spot of bother).
  13. If we had Rudd and Bunn next season then it wouldn''t be Rudd on the bench, it would be Bunn on the bench! He is ready now.
  14. Could also mean Ruddy leaving.(Bunn staying, no news on that).Bunn + Rudd, our goalkeepers?
  15. Confirmed today by Neil Adams. There you go guys, not everything you read on the internet is rubbish. This gives me a 100% success rate as an ITK :)
  16. Rather than creating a topic for every sentence, why not put all of your sentences together into one paragraph Simmo_2?
  17. That explanation doesn''t compute either skijumptoes because until this morning Neil Lennon was employed by Celtic. In order to talk to him we would have had to make an approach to Celtic and get permission. Are you saying that Lennon quit his job this morning, flew down to Norwich, talked to us, and a couple of hours later we appointed Neil Adams? Sorry but not buying that. We didn''t want to pay big enough wages for Malky or Lennon, and didn''t fancy Zola.
  18. If Adams wasn''t considered good enough to be made caretaker in January, then why is he considered good enough for a three year contract now?
  19. Delia said that they had considered sacking Hughton in January and appointing a caretaker but couldn''t find anybody suitable. Six months later they are appointing Neil Adams as the first team manager on a three year contract after a spell as caretaker. What has changed in that six months. On one hand we are being told to look at his success in the youth team and not at the last five games of the season. On the other hand we are being told that he wasn''t suitable last January but is now. Then there is the doubt that we have even talked to Malky, Lennon or Zola. We have been told that there were four candidates, but it appears that one or two of them haven''t been talked to, maybe all of them. So who were the four candidates? I just don''t understand our board at the moment, things have escalated quickly between us not being able to find a suitable caretaker in January to appointing our youth team coach on a three year deal. Do we have financial problems?
  20. Neil Adams was a good player and a loyal servant. He was never a legend though.
  21. Grant Holt was never the sharpest knife in the kitchen. That or he is looking to return because Wigan don''t want him. That would be a backwards step for us too.
  22. Not going to miss Bassong but Turner is our best defender!
