Rowett wouldn''t work for the Forest owner because he thought he would always be in instant danger of the sack. He would know that wouldn''t be the case at carrow Road.As to him fancying his chances in the Premier League, after he was sacked by Birmingham two jobs came  up - Hull and Swansea - both of which he might have thought he would have a chance of getting. If you can look past the England job. Hodgson is an outstanding club Manager who stablised us in the prem. He''s also a big enough "Name" to attrach talent. He recommended Lukaku for us and because of Steve Clarke''s Chelsea link we got the season load. It lead to what is currently our most successful Prem season. Worse out there lads

People slag off Hodgson, because,of the England job. Thing is he is a great club manager. Fulham never in trouble under him. Us, stablised the club. Set us up for our highest finish in the Premiership under Steve Clarke. Are the Smith''s are friends with him? If Neil were to go I''d snap his hand off trying to get him. You''re perfect sized club for him. He demanded Peace invest in us. Credit to him he did, ultimately Hodgson made our sale possible

If he were to be sacked, I''d want Hodgson. That maybe because I''m a Baggie and know what he did for us. the problem is half manager, half Investment. Hope you don''t mind an outsiders opinion? This isn''t a dig as we have a lot in common WBA and Norwich. Roughly the same size clubs. Both done our fair share of Yo-Yoing. There comes a point where that HAS to stop. That for us happenend in 09/10, when RDM was replaced by Hodgson. If you don''t mind me saying, it seems like Norwich always pushes for the Prem, but, when you get there the board doesn''t invest intelligently enough to stay. I have to say I don''t rate Jez Moxey. At Wolves he was protected by Mick McCarthy''s skill as manager. Search Wolves forums for the horror stories If Neil were to go, I think Hodgson would be a better call than Rowatt as Manager. Forget England, he has massive experirence at both club and international level. He could get you up and stablise the club with the right investment. Rowatt''s done a stella job at the Blues, however, he''s never been promoted. I just think if you''d be in the same place as Hughton and Neil a couple of years down the road
