  1. If they observed the 2 metre rule at Portaloo Road they would end up with their biggest crowd of the season 😂😂😂😂
  2. No football will commence whilst social distancing is still in place....... end of.
  3. Anyway, going back to the subject of the post “restart”. If the news this morning that pubs and restaurants probably won’t fully re-open until around Xmas then there is no chance of spectators returning to football grounds until a similar time. It’s not just just about sitting in a seat watching a game of football, what about the number of people who congregate in the bar areas, especially at half time? It only takes one infected person! And until a vaccine is produced, who is honestly going to risk going to a match? Like all football fans, I’m missing going to matches but there are far more important things to think about at the moment, like staying healthy and alive. Stay safe and healthy everyone.
  4. Forget about money for a minute and imagine what would happen if football was allowed to re-start and a player (or more than one) contracted the virus whilst playing, became ill and either died or passed it on to a family member who subsequently died. Some things are far more important than money or football.
  5. The Company my Nephew works for (food supply industry but he works in the office and has a laptop) told their employees they couldn’t work from home as they didn’t trust them to actually do their work. So he has been having to go into the office along with the others. Absolutely pathetic in my opinion. Anyone else in the same boat?
  6. Thanks TIL, managed to get it to work ok in the end. Shame BT aren’t doing the same. Now that you are able to obtain BT sport though Sky I think they (BT) will lose a lot of customers to them once everything is back to normal. Stay safe fellow Canary fans and everyone else.
  7. Just tried to do mine but getting a message - you are in a queue, is this normal?
  8. Yes Swindon, it’s nice but it doesn’t give us the extra 2 points we should now have.
  9. Did this Oliver have a Spanish accent? I’d he did it could have been Pep not wanting Farke in charge when we go to the Etihad and beat his team again 😜
  10. Hi all, I am really looking forward to the coming season (my 54th watching the mighty Canaries) as I really feel that we have a great chance of staying in the Premier League. With the introduction of VAR; which I fully support, (as in the past I feel the “big boys” have had more of the rub of the green compared to the rest) I was just wondering how much additional time you guys (and girls) think it will add to matches. I know it depends on how many situations need to be looked at but what’s you gut feeling? OTBC and in Farke and Webber we trust.
  11. With 120 coaches leaving from County Hall in a 2 hour period (1 every minute) I really hope that the organisation will be better than it has been in the past when travelling to away games from Carrow Road (everyone pushing and shoving to get on the Coaches as they arrive). Obviously all the Coaches won''t be arriving at the same time and unless it''s well marshalled it''s going to be a ''nightmare'' (they should have allocated everyone with a Coach number when they booked their tickets). Just imagine if you arrive at 7.45am and sombody else gets there at 8.15am and pushes themselves onto a Coach and you can''t get on it [:@].     Anybody know if there will be a queue system or will it just be a free for all?
  12. Just had confirmation of tickets and coach travel to Wembley. On the email it has stated that all coaches will be departing from county hall but NO parking available there only limited parking at Carrow Road!!!!!! Seems ridiculous you can''t park at county hall with the size of their car park... Thoughts / comments..
  13. If we do get to Wembley (and I really hope we do) I just hope that it''s going to be easier to obtain the tickets than it was for season ticket holders trying to secure their seats for the home leg against Ipsh*t. We spent 2 hours online before finally getting through and having read of the problems some people had (including those with far more away points than 1400) trying to get tickets for the away game at Portaloo Road I sincerely hope that things run a lot smoother as it''s going to be a much bigger job as the club will have to print and send out some 37,000 tickets (less those who go to the ticket office) rather than just activating current season tickets. I would hate for any season ticket holder to miss the set deadline (due to system problems), which I''m sure will only be 2 or maybe 3 days rather then the 8 days they gave for the semi-final home leg.  Any thoughts?
  14. I''m sure that the trains from Norwich would go via Cambridge into Kings Cross, otherwise it would be carnage!!! Not sure what will happen to those going from places like Diss though. Nice thought about the Coaches, can you imagine over 700 going down the A11.[:D]
  15. Don''t think my nerves can take many more games like today''s. Great result now on to Leeds on Tuesday. Just one thought, can Tettey play both of our next two games with his dodgy knees? If he can''t whch one would you rest him for? bearing in mind Jonno will be back for Mboro.
