1.
you didn''t need to be Nostrodamus to see that the wind had changed direction.
The only thing that surprised me was it didn''t happen Saturday evening.Up until the crowd turned on him I thought he was here until the end of the season.Anyway, that''s all in the past.  The best chance of saving ourselves is Saturday.  Can''t wait.
 2. Anyone or anything is worth a shot now, as we are down if we don''t change. So sod it, pick a random person off the internet, they can''t do any worse.

 4.
What a load of Satoshi....you are asking for the equivalent of top six form in the first 10 games, only 8 clubs currently have a positive goal difference in the EPL,  something like top 8 form on points and something only two clubs will achieve regarding the cups..............I am not sure Mourinho would deliver that at Norwich City,,,,I think you wish will be Nakamoto''ed and you needto lower your expectations a tadge.
The question LDC asked was not what are your realistic expectations for next season, but what would it take for those of us who would currently like to see CH replaced to change our minds. If CH achieved the objectives I stated, then I would change my mind about him.
 5. For me to change my mind about CH would require a dramatic improvement. To put some measures on this:1.  20 points from the first 10 games2.  Positive goal difference all season3.  Average of 1.5 points / game or better for the season4.  A cup winIf he delivered that I would be happy.
 6.
Always bear in mind that all strikers have struggled whilst Hughton has been in charge.
True, and one of the reasons why I think CH has to go whether we stay up or not.$ lake_district_canary > /dev/null
 7.
The majority of supporters are realists and are not represented here, not even by me.
I have to say that the only fans I encounter who are not seriously worried about relegation and keen to see a change of manager are on this board. At work, or socially all the fans I meet are not "Outers" but "Desperate-to-see-the-club-do-wellers", who believe that Hughton is a major part of the problem. Some have come to that belief later than others, but it is now 100%.
 8.

.......   5-0
Eating cheese before bed can do this, have you been to the creamery in Spatry?
Kendal Mint Cake I reckon.Let us hope it has clairvoyant properties.
 9.
I don''t entirely agree with that. Obviously if by definitive you mean league position then, yes, you have to wait until you end up in the bottom three. But then, almost by definition, it will probably be too late. What I was talking about was an unanswerable case, and that wouldn''t necessarily involve us being in the dead zone.
I agree, if you wait until you''re in the relegation zone then it is too late. But without such an objective measure, or gross misconduct, then you can''t ever really have an "unanswerable" case - so it comes down to a matter of judgement when to pull the trigger.

 11. @"It''s Character Forming"It isn''t laziness.  I think that you''re assuming that all games are equally likely to produce 3 points.I think that we''re more likely to get points at home, against other teams at the bottom of the table. So tomorrow is our best chance of a win from the remaining fixtures we have.  Hence tomorrow is a must win game.
 12. It''s very simple.  Tomorrow is a must win game.I agree with Ricardo - if we lose tomorrow then we are likely to be relegated.
 13.
"would not matter of we did win , we have thrown away too many points already to survive." Errrrrr......... a win would give us three points - and we''re three points off tenth position.........
So you might think.  But on consulting the Mornington Crescent rule book, it turns out that on the 15th of March any team from east of Epping that travels south of Stockwell will score negative points, unless the they travel on a bendy bus that goes via the Hanger Lane Gyratory system...cont''d page 94.
 14. I agree with PurpleCanary.I would also want to have a clear target set for the manager as to where we expected to be after say 12 games. If he didn''t meet the target, that would, for me, trigger the process of finding a replacement.
 15. We''ll all find out one way or the other soon enough. And there''s very little any of us can do about it anyway.
 16.

As I''ve said before, I don''t think Hughton is a *bad* manager, I think he''s the *wrong* manager for Norwich.
This just does my head in.
Apologies, I''m not trying to do your head in.I don''t know anyone who has made a success of every post they''ve ever held.Dalgliesh succeeded at Blackburn and Liverpool (first time round).  He failed at Newcastle.Steve Jobs was forced out of Apple first time round, and made a storming success the second time round.C''est la vie.My take away from it is that things work or they don''t - one of the two.  If they''re not working, part on good terms and try something new.  It''s a lot less dispiriting than trying to hang on to the wrong job or the wrong employee for fear of something worse.
 17.

Will LDC and Morty tender their resignation from the board?
What a damn silly question Mr Juge if I may be so bold, really silly and quite frankly petty, sorry.
+1
 18. Hmmm...should we try Buddhist chanting or Gregorian chanting?
 19.
Can you guys confirm something for me? All those claiming Hughton should be sacked and he''s a shite manager blah blah blah, then you must also think that Paul Lambert should be sacked at Villa and is a shite manager?
As I''ve said before, I don''t think Hughton is a *bad* manager, I think he''s the *wrong* manager for Norwich.Paul Lambert is the wrong manager for Villa too.  He *was* the right manager for us but (purely hypothetically) I think he would be the wrong manager if he came back.So the board need to think again and try to find a manager who is going to be a good fit with the club, the squad and the fans.  Sadly the only way you know is to hire someone and see if he delivers.
 20.
I watched him play in the under 21''s a few weeks ago.A striker of his experience should have stood head and shoulders above the youngsters. He didn''t.
Then surely we''d be just as well off without him and playing one of the under 21''s?
 21. I think it''s more complicated than that.He must be so good that the club won''t let him go back to Leeds but so bad he doesn''t get to play.  That''s got to be a really narrow band of performance. It''s also a complete waste of money to sign someone, pay them but not play them.
