Josh must now be a serious option to be brought on at Stoke and at least make the bench. Hoots is dead man waking at the minute so he might as well go for broke and rotate out some of the dross who are underperforming and way too comfortable. I love it when a youth product comes through and looks like this lad does with no fear. -

Great stuff from them final 15 minutes by why were we in that situation and how did we get out of it? Cos Hoots kakked himself and threw on attacking subs and went for broke.....if we are 2-0 down at Stoke on Sunday will we see that. Me thinks not. -
Fleck@Millwall"]At least we scored. This represents progress away from home.....the green shoots? LOL. Sorry, that was meant in jest ?.
Yes Hoots has got to go just because we have rallied against a Champ side for 15 minutes when our Youth player comes on don''t mean sh*t. -

Massive Hoots critic but now it seems the damage has been done I actually feel sorry for him. Very decent chap but he''s lost the players I think and he is not getting the run of luck needed at times like this. -

The crowd and their players are now taking the p*ss out of us. I expected a difficult game but they made more changes than we did and could run out 3 or 4 here. This is becoming a low low point and another blank, well its curtains -

The Mac was just seen requesting a revolver and a pow-wow with Hoots post match. I wonder whether they will pay for his train fare back to Norwich this time? -

Should at least force extra-time unless something is rotten in the state of Denmark.... No good Hoots throwing down the gauntlet to Hoops if he is isolated and unfit which apparently he looks according to the texts from ground I''m getting. -

Good stuff - lets do the job inside 90 minutes and go to Stoke in a better frame of mind. Still love to see Fox out there.... -
It''s really nothing to do with his style although defeats on the road maybe more palatable with a bit more up- and-at-them attached. The style is poor and the results are pretty dire. End of story. At Stoke they were comfortably mid-table more many a year, he tried to get away from Pulisball with the addition of better players but it didn''t work. That''s neither here nor there in the case of Norwich because the issues is we are playing badly and not getting results, were a hairs breathe from relegation and turned up at the Carra against Everton full of optimism with the new players etc and 5 games in I''m looking at the fixure list and thinking we will have 4 points from our opening 8 games which is meltdown time.

At this precise minute, I don''t care whether they are organised, dis-organised, play 7 up front or what style Hoots has, he can stand on the touch line at Stoke upside down with his boxer shorts on his head - WE ARE GETTING RELEGATED if he doesn''t change. What''s different to last season whilst we can compare points tallies at this stage, shots on target etc etc argue between those in favour of pragmatism and the need for patiences over those calling for revolution is that I have watched every game thus far and the players do not look right to me and that is deeply deeply worrying, the noises coming out and the body language and various instances suggest he is not steering the ship properly. I love the bloke, for the record his style at both Birmingham and Newcastle were much more offensive than he has been at Norwich. The board made the correct call and if Hoots just went for it a bit more the fans would be happy, the players would be happy. If he was cautious and we were comfortably mid-table then he is bomb-proof - but we are shipping terrible goals like on Saturday and our play in the final third is pretty dire. No-one is being abusive towards him or unpleasant unlike some previous managers, most like him and think he''s a decent bloke, this ain''t Bruce at Sunderland, but we are getting to a tipping point...

Hughton to ROI; O'Neill to Norwich
Fleck@Millwall replied to sgncfc's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Number One choice definitely with Neil Adams involved with the first team as well. We need someone to get the place buzzing again when the board finally act with Hoots. I spoke to my mate who''s a Sunderland fan and they now have a huge problem cos all the potential replacement being mentioned are not wetting the appetite. Interestingly, those players at Sunderland have now failed under 3 entirely different managers in Bruce, MON and PDC so maybe the fault lies elsewhere up there. -
How Important is Stoke?
Fleck@Millwall replied to Fleck@Millwall's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Re: Stoke and style of play. No one really cares if we are winning I assure you, Hoots becomes bomb-proof. And you are right when you talk of clubs changing etc but Norwich has no resemblance to these teams insofar as we are sh*t away from home and still lose. If he won more or we were very hard to beat fair dinkum but we ain''t. -
But Wiz, if we win the two games this week (big if i know) would you be so desparate to see Hughton go then? We''d be in the last 16 of the cup and about 10th in the league. Hardly doing bad really!
That''s the margins I suspect. He needs something badly. The media reporting on Norwich and pundits are now sniffing blood as well.
