1. Funny thing is..a couple of weeks back ,, "talk Sh*te " was having a phone in to tell your favourite manager ,,and why . A scummer called to name " agent Hughton " for the good work he was doing up the road !! Now ...
2. The Premier League has stated it does not want , and will not sanction standing . If standing was to return (maybe outside the PL) I would like to see the reasoning that it would increase atmosphere, by having the standing area in the N&P ,, making an atmosphere at both ends of the ground . I sit in the lower Barclay ,, I prefer it the way it is thanks .
3. Yes it did feel like a defeat unfortunately .....and I must admit , that it almost makes me smile at how our "local " press are just as inaccurate as the hacks from the national press , almost !
4. Top of the home page "3up front " discussing Norwich defeat at home to Stoke !! FFs
5.
I disagree, I think RVW does hide!
But you haven''t ever been to a game at CR ....so who is interested in what you think ?
6. AND.......the usual suspects perpetuate the circle that the OP started again !!!
7. The only surprise to me is that it has taken this long for his anti Norwich stance to be notice .. the fool has been like it for years .
8.
Oh yet another.....it''s getting a bit predictable and boring now.........
No ...not really . Just wishful thinking !
9. Sorry Morty ...but I think you are out of order to suggest that the older supporters don''y contribute to the atmosphere !! Not many "youngsters" around where I sit ,,, and it has plenty of atmosphere ...so long as we have something to make a noise about !! The youngsters not attending ?? Maybe its because too many of them are plastic trophy hunters ...unlike the older fan who has followed their LOCAL club since childhood ? Just a thought .
10. Actually he has scored 15 in the league this season ....always was good enough for us .... if played in the right way ......now ....who is scoring freely for us at the moment ?? No one ?? I wonder why !!!
11.
World Cup for Ruddy you''ve got to be joking. And the way he has performed this season will not be first choice for Premier League team. Forget about £5m not worth £3m.
I actually agree 100% with this ,,,since he returned from injury ,, he has not been back to his former level of performance . In fact I have said before , I think he has made a lot of errors , and Bunn should have been given a chance ..obviously my opinion !
12.
It depends very much on the manner of our survival.Interestingly some people describe last season as "staying up by the skin of our teeth"If we limp over the line then it could be time for a change.
To be honest Morty , we can only limp over the line again this year at best ,,,,so I don''t think "could be " but definitely is ,,, hard as that might be to accept , anyway ,,,I think its been discussed to death now .... and I am beginning to feel sick /nervous about todays game ...hopefully we can play like we did against Man City , and then nick the win !! OTBC
13.
I was literally gonna say when I saw the title ''haven''t we had enough threads about the same thing'' (although now that could be applied to ''Barclay seats'' with the inevitable swearing for no good reason). I personally can see why people on here want hughton out. The thing that bugs me, is that they just repeat and repeat themselves everyday. They don''t say anything new apart from he''s clueless, or a clown, or his subs are wrong. Those are the three things on here that just keep going round, and thats it...all day
Really Miggins ? you honestly consider that a mild curse is both swearing and as repetitively used and as boring as the constant " Hughton in/out " thread ? Honestly ?
14. And .... when you say that "fans are idiots " ......you are most obviously including yourself !!! What a TW*T !
15.
Linked to Inter Milan on todays BBC Gossip Column. But assuming thats rubbish, even if it isn''t. If Ben Arfa wants to stay in the PL, and Newcastle don''t want to keep him (or he wants to leave, which ever way round it is) no reason we can''t sign him even if we finish 1 point above relegation in 17th.Everyone apart from Norwich fans respect Hughton, Ben Arfa is probably no exception. His inconsistency is akin to Sessenong, who many thought would be going to a side like Everton or even Man.U etc, but went to WBA a team not really any better or bigger than us. They''ll have more money, but no more real logical ambition. And if our wage budget allows for Ben Arfa''s demands he is a perfectly realistic potential signing. Exactly what we should be looking for if we stay up, he''s better ability wise than our current wingers, just the inconsistency issue. But if you really think he''s way out of our league, this goes to anyone, then surely we should just go down anyway? If we can''t attract players like him we won''t ever do any better than we have done the past season or two.
That was typically condescending of your posts GP....really ??/ everyone except for all Norwich fans ??? You and LDC need to have a word with yourselves .
16. It may not be funny from your perspective LDC .....but it most certainly is from mine ....as for being an inaccurate parody ........you are wrong again ...which makes it even funnier !! Learn to smile at yourself a little ,, its not malicious ... just a little bit of fun :)
17.
Bit sad really. Someone has trawled for hours to find this piece of evidence to snidely attack Hughton.
Hardley "snide " is you tw*t ! Its genuine article .......unlike Hughton himself
18. I don''t know how you dare to tell people that THEY cannot continue to support THEIR club because 1) They do not agree with your distorted opinion 2) They have had enough of an incompetent manager,,, at THEIR beloved club . Additionally ,,you have to earn respect ......Hughton has lost mine and many others ,,, by dragging our club down further and further ,,,, and don''t bother to run the old " we finished 11th last season nonsense .... we were very lucky in those last two games ,,,, we finished with a considerably lower points total than the previous year . Nothing he does between now and getting sacked at the end of the season will regain my respect ......unless of course he does a Peter Grant ...and walks !
19. Blimey ! Now when some one tries to find a positive he gets shot down too !!
20. That sounds spookily like Kevin Keegan when he went mental !
21. I think that the relevance is ....we are the only team in all the leagues with this dubious distinction .
22. The guy who walked down the tunnel definitely was wearing a coat . I must say that I didn''t see him to begin with ,, my missus did , asked me who it was or I might not have noticed either .
23. Nobody ,,(,as far as I can see on here ) has mentioned the guy, in a smart long black coat , who stood with Hughton for much of todays game ,,, didn''t look like Calderwood or Trollope. he walked off down the tunnel with a few minutes to go ,,, ? Any one have an answer ?
