If Trump is to be indicted for "insurrection". Biden, and not his son, needs to be indicted for corruption (Burisma), Obama needs to be indicted for ordering the summary execution of a 16 year old American national without a trial, G W Bush because there were no "weapons of mass destruction" (labeled a conspiracy theory by main stream media at the time, just saying) found and Clinton needs to be indicted because "he likes them young". No he is not being prosecuted because he broke the law. He is being prosecuted to ascertain "IF" he broke the law, that is how the western legal system works. Innocent until proven guilty, have you heard of that or do you prefer summary judgments in the court of popular opinion? And as he has not been found guilty at this point, Colorado and Maine have no legal standing to bar him from the ballot, because he is an innocent man until proven guilty. The fact that he has been removed from ballots for something he has not been convicted of just lends support to my argument that corrupt officials are using this (the legal system) as a pretext to prevent a political rival from running.
