Well, I took some comfort from Attanasio's comment regarding stadium expansion and believe that it is something that could genuinely happen under his ownership. It's a shame that there might be 2 more years before this can begin to happen, but I'm not convinced the handover will take that long.

It means it either expires in January and isn't rolled over, so we'd owe him nothing. Or we owe him 12 month's pay from the date of termination. Lots on here know for a fact it's the latter, though none admit to actually having seen this personal contract with all its precise stipulations.
