  1. Probably true. Both vying for a position that Wagner will never let them play. It would help if Forshaw and co weren't completely toilet
  2. I was hoping with Pelach coaching that we would of become a good passing team again. How I was wrong
  3. What are people's opinions of Nunez. I hate to say it as I want to see him come good. Just seems far too lightweight to play CM
  4. Dimi is a fraud of a footballer. Need to start from scratch at LB. Sara has been poor for a while now, half the player that he was. Nunez is far too week to play CM. Just seem to have forgotten to pass it around and play fluid football.
  5. Yes, most likely it will be a waste of my time watching the game this evening, but I will. Something smells off at the club at the moment and its not Delias cooking, it would seem its a multitude of different issues all combining into dire straits regardless of the odd positive result sandwiched in between dross displays and losses.
  6. If Barnes starts he should be able to hold the ball up at least and get us further up the field.
  7. I dont think Gibbs should start personally. Looked like a headless chicken recently. I would look to move Kenny to midfield and put a competent defender alongside Duffy (if we have one). It will most likely see the return of Gibson...hopefully we dont see Hernadez starting or start of in some form of defensive must survive mode or im gonna go and support Man City #truefan
  8. I dont think he will ever reach the heights he was expected to hit. I would love to be proved wrong, but I just dont see enough improvements in his game. But you are right, it can only stand as a good thing to be playing near / training with more seasoned professionals like Barnes, if he is a player which offers some form of guidance.
  9. I agree in part. Shame injury prevailed/the potential of him being in the slammer. However he was technically better than Barnes and Idah in my view. I agree with you in respect of Wagner.
  10. Sorry I didnt see that article. Massengo looked impressive in a Bristol team, so probably not a bad shout. You would of expecting some news on transfers by this stage of January.
  11. If we are going to start throwing names out generally due to transfer boredom / radio silence from the club, I would go for a loan for Man Utd youngster Kobbie Mainoo. A holding / defensive midfielder who breaks up play but always looks for a forward pass. He's only 18 and would be good experience for him (in theory). He looked very accomplished against Wigan recently and would add a different more resilient dynamic to our midfield and we should be able to put the likes of Sara further forward.
  12. Well its Liverpool next round if Bristol Rovers dont have us at their ground, which in our current state of play is wholly likely. I really dont care too much if we exit the cup now, which in terms of the upcoming replay it has stitched us up with a congested fixture period, where we're sandwiched between too hard games of Hull and WBA (which I cant believe I am referring too as hard games, but really just hits home where we're currently at as a football club).
  13. Im still awaiting Kanppers exciting January window developments which he stated in previous communications. He has until the end of the month before I send in the dogs.
  14. Good player. Liverpool want a team for him to go to who is a promotion candidate and we arent really seen as that currently, albeit still mathematically possible. This is the type of loan you would love to see and some players who arent cutting it for us shipped out.
  15. All clubs experience a squeeze due to excessive fixtures and injuries. Its a strange statement to come out. What is being put out by the club or lack of currently is quite worrying really. We are making serious lack of progress and apparently that is wholly acceptable to a club despite constantly stating promotion is the aim.
  16. At the moment it does feel like there is little positive decision-making from occurring and we are treading water/regressing. The return of little old Norwich is making a strong comeback.
  17. Wagner clearly is the issue for Gibbs. Doesnt help that he seems to think he is Wes Hoolahan minus any similar ability. He is a central/defensive midfielder currently and an average one at that currently, but with the right coaching he can improve and be a valuable player centrally if the above is applied.
