  1. This would be good imo if doesn''t get the number 9 shirt.
  2. Evertons second string you say? Versus Yeovil.. Everton team: Stekelenburg, Oviedo, Funes Mori, Williams, Holgate, Gueye, McCarthy, Bolasie, Barkley, Lennon, Lukaku Subs: Joel, Baines, Gibson, Jagielka, Kone, Mirallas, Cleverley
  3. They said on the radio commentary that perhaps it was a way in which AN is saying ''we need more strikers'' to the board. Much like he did against Sheffield Wednesday, could be wrong though.
  4. We conceded 1 against Coventry?! Club''s in crisis, sack the manager.
  5. I agree, a front four with Pritchard, Wes and Canos would be very exciting imo. AN will probably persevere with Naismith though. I actually think Jarvis would do a good job in this league too when he''s fit, I much prefer a NCFC side playing with width.
  6. Ched Evans? Not a chance in hell! I actually can''t believe of all the people been listed so far: Rhodes Mbokani Vydra Wickham Bamford Ings Assombolonga Wells Griggs N''Doye You suggest a striker who has been strongly linked with rape and has not been disproved. He is lucky he is playing for Chesterfield and I understand that certain sponsors have chosen to not to sponsor the club because of this. Ridiculous suggestion.
  7. I would take Rhodes in a heartbeat, he''s a guaranteed goal scorer in this league and at the age of 26 there is time to improve. We need to start being aggressive in this window!
  8. N''Doye Mbokani Rhodes Wells Assombolonga Wickham Ings (been told he''s playing u23 football this season). Bamford Any one/two of those players I would take, but realistically I don''t know how available they are. Surely at least one of them is though!
  9. I think he''s picked the line up for the occasion instead of the match, by that I mean he''s chosen older more experienced players to cope with the Derby atmosphere etc. I don''t like the lack of width either, but in AN i trust, i suppose.
  10. We''re a different team when we''re 1-0 up, a draw against a competitive side in SW and currently 1-0 up despite not playing very well. Some would say that''s the sign of a good team, though i''m not taking this slender lead for granted.
  11. I''m always concerned about our strength and power in the side, that''s the problem with having so many attacking midfield players, AN aims to be a possession keeping team but those tactics can easily be thwart by brawn.
  12. KIO - Yeah i''m skeptical too but it might work, sometimes I''m surprised either way I''ll give it a go.
  13. I think I''ve found a link for a stream. You will have to disable add block to use the site, but it''s fine, it''s the site I normally stream games on. I''m not getting my hopes up that there will be a live stream, as sometimes it says that there is but when it comes to kick off it doesn''t work. But definitely worth a try! http://www.vipleague.is/sports/football.html If this doesn''t work, I also have a link to listen to the radio commentary online. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/norwichfirst That will work for sure if all else fails. OTBC
  14. McGovern Pinto Bennett Klose Brady Mulumbu Howson Canos Naismith Josh Murphy Jerome I think Hoolahan is our best player, but I have my doubts that AN will play him so frequently considering his age. He used that as a reason last season, but I would like to be proved wrong. Subs: Jones, Morris, Bassong, Tetty, Maddison, Toffolo
  15. Just did a quick google search too, sounds like a promising young CB, but at the age of 18 maybe a little too young to rely on? Also would this mean one of our current defenders is departing?
  16. Probably explains Alex Neil saying he''s been scouting in Europe. Also if he does sign, you would hope he picks the 99 shirt.
  17. Put him in my Sky FF team, worried if he would struggle in a poor Hull team, he''s not the fastest player in the world, but his delivery is top class. I watched the match today and every ball he put in was a threat, glad to see him doing well, an honest player with a great work ethic.
  18. Wanted this man over McCormack from the start, he would be a terrific signing. If the current football market continues the way it is going, a couple of good seasons with us (including promotion) he would be worth upwards of £20mil. I''m really hoping Moxley will be able to bring a better class of players to this club with his negotiation skills. We have everything going for us as a club and should be able to attract high quality, promising players. He''s apparently done it with Pritchard, let''s hope he can do it with Assombolonga! £7m would be a steal, let''s hope not too much of a steal and go in with a price which represents his value in the current market. I would say he is worth around £10m, when you consider he is NFFC''s best player and they would need to replace him. Perhaps they would be interested in Bamford for £3m, all things considered, I don''t want to get my hopes up.
  19. I doubt we would sell him, we are better off having him imo. Hoolahan won''t be able to play every game this season, Alex Neil recognized that last season and there are more games to play this campaign. I understand we have talented back up with Maddison and Pritchard, but there''s still 45 games to go with cup competitions, Alex Neil has talked about the importance of having a strong squad, so my gut feeling is that we''ll keep him even though getting our money back would be good business. I would rather get rid of Andreu and Mulumbu first.
  20. Apologies if this has been posted somewhere else, but it looks like we can definitely rule out signing this guy. BBC Sport reports .. "If it''s not £10 million-plus, we''re not even looking at it. If it''s £10 million-plus from a Championship club, we''re still not looking at it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36942088 I''d be very happy with N''Doye on loan with Naki Wells though.
  21. Agreed! Everything is to like about it, the sponsor is classy and the numbers style on the back is modern and tasteful. Let''s hope we can follow that performance up against a decent Sheffield Wednesday side.
