We lack strength in depth. Replacing like for like and losing Placheta, Springett and Forshaw. I know, not first team regulars but at least some back up. Just a couple of injuries away from a crisis.

Player of the season so far for me. Thiugh I expect that accolade will go to Rowe. Which will also be deserved.

Saw Timm Klose by the fruit and veg in Waitrose, then a few weeks later saw Alex Tettey by the fresh fish. Was amazed at how tall they were.

I’d add Hanley and Kenny as players who work hard and give a damn and could be considered’ hard nosed professionals’. Hard pushed to think of anyone else from our current squad though. Pukki would’ve qualified too.

I honestly think Dean Smith would be getting better results with this squad.
