1.
And that folks, is irony.[:D]
You''re American presumably?
 2.
Sterling contribution to the subject of the thread Alfie, if that is indeed your real name.Keep it up[Y]
I think my general point is that it''s extraordinary how somebody can post so much and say so little
 3.

Sorry thought all these things had to be absolutely 100% fact or they have to be rubbished as speculation?? Morty???
Only the ridiculous ones.Do you need me to tell you which ones are ridiculous, and which ones aren''t?
No, but you still do!
I post on this forum, if you don''t like reading my opinion, thats your problem mate, not mine.I mean, people posting football opinions, on a football forum.Whatever next?
You asked if we needed you to tell us which ones are ridiculous, I said no, but you still do. There you are question and answer!
 4.

Sorry thought all these things had to be absolutely 100% fact or they have to be rubbished as speculation?? Morty???
Only the ridiculous ones.Do you need me to tell you which ones are ridiculous, and which ones aren''t?
No, but you still do!
 5. I just don''t get it, they''ve sacked somebody who clearly isn''t up to the job and has been underperforming for ages, that''s just weird!
 6.

after another defeat it is only HOPE that makes us cling to a small improvement in effort. The hope is only worth anything if the players are determined to build upon it and get something next week. Yes its encouraging but this defeat has only increased the pressure for Saturday. Time for some squad cojones cultivation
I think we''ll win next week, which could leave some folks in a bit of a quandary.
And if we lose again, do will still give him more time to turn it around?
 7.
Let''s not forget that English is not Seb Bassongs first language, probably not his second one either, I sound rather stupid speaking French, my second language, I don''t have a third, do you?
Unfortunately, it looks like football isn''t his first or probably not his second sport!
 8. Given Bassongs display last week how on earth can he pick him ahead of Klose, even allowing for his loss of form. This really looks like panic stations, he just can''t afford to lose, so nobody in the team that will create anything, loads of long balls and just hope the ball breaks for us. Absolutely pointless delaying the sacking of Neil, just wasting points and making it that bit more difficult to finish in the top six
 9. Certainly involves remembering people that gave their lives so that we could be free, something that the Swiss certainly aren''t able to participate in
 10. That''s wonderful, the gutless Welsh FA, decided not to let the players wear poppy armbands and still they get fined. Maybe somebody needs to explain to the Swiss what a war hero is!
 11. The fairly obvious answer is strengthen the areas that you are weakest in, which Neil clearly hasn''t done in the various Windows available to him.
 12. I thinks it''s a typo, should be re signs, they''ve given him a new ten year contract because he''s a top young manager and learning all the time!
 13.
Jesus Christ.Lafferty is not the answer.
Depends of course what the question is, if for example there''s ten minutes to go and you need a physical presence that will run himself into the ground, lift the crowd and actually has the ability to score, I suggest the answer to that question might well be Lafferty!
 14. McGovern Pinto, Bennett, Klose, Ollson Tettey, Dorrans Pritchard, Wes, Brady Jerome Like to see this team start
 15. Pritchard should have started instead of Murphy, on Saturday he was excellent including working really hard and closing down. Importantly, he and Wes clearly were on the same wavelength, it''s about time we let the opposition worry about us rather than worrying too much about them.
 16. Certainly didn''t happened here last season!
 17. I know we managed it yesterday but I really don''t understand why we have to defend so deeply and just keep inviting attack after attack. I appreciate that we don''t need to reckless attack but surely tightening midfield and stopping the attacks must be preferable and also stop clearances coming straight back.
 18. Rudeness and good manners apart, I would simply like to see both teams and subs displayed. Can''t see why that''s not possible or contentious
 19.
Our biggest enemy tonight was complacency. We were just too comfortable at 2 nil.
That and the Fact that Jerome seems incapable of finishing
 20.
fair comment Alfie regarding Howson but that was not my point. We are in the top four.
a You didn''t make a point, you asked a question
 21. What about neither, it''s not a question of form, it''s surely about organisation and doing the basics. Also would help playing people in their best positions , eg Howson wide right again!
 22. Jerome was awful, just how many chances does he need?
 23. Only let him go if they take Naismith too
 24. Looks like Bony is off to Stoke, so Crouch moves further down the pecking order, be a good loan deal for us if we aren''t going for Rhodes etc.
