I don't mind EPL and major Euro leagues having VAR. They are welcome to it. Let the big boys battle it out. But imo VAR has destroyed the spirit of the FA Cup, where the minnows get to take on the giants in a 90min game. It's grass roots football verses the mega millions. Where lower leagues never get to expereince VAR, then it should be played in a neutral way, by that I mean without the technology, and just the officials officiating. That's what makes the FA Cup special.That's what minnows and lower league teams are used to. Where technology made a decision about mere millimeters, in less than a split decision, in the final minute of extra time destroyed the magic and spirit of the FA Cup yesterday. If it was left to the officials neither the linesman or the Ref flagged/blew for offside, and thus technology ruined one of the most deserved and greatest comebacks ever known in the Cup's history.

Not really. We can't judge Knapper on a solitary signing that the manager simply won't give any game time. Equally for every Buendia or Sainz, Webber brought in some right duffers (Forshaw springs to mind) and Sarg looked pretty awful when he arrived but has developed really well. SVH might come good, in time, and if played, but then again he might disappear quickly to another club come the summer. Wagner may or may not stay, and Knapper may or may not seal some real gems. It's been a strange season, and I'm looking forward to how the summer unravels, Knappers first real window for us

I feel that if its that.close in a decison that even VAR couldnt tell if it was millimetres, and from that distance and angle it cant, then it shouldnt be given

VAR ruins football yet again

It doesnt add up. If he's looking unfit or not up.to standard Wagner wouldnt put him on the bench. Seems childish to agree to put him on the bench and not play him, but thats Wagners perogative. Maybe all is not well behind the scenes between K and W, but citys good results and holding onto that playoff position mean W is still in the hot seat. Then again we have a paper thin squad

Why when we need to go for the win does Wagner takes off Barnes and puts on a midfielder, not SVH. He absolutely will not play him.

Well he's said in today's presser SVH has impressed in training, so it's even more mind boggling why he's not given him more minutes. But then DW says the performances are all great, when we all think otherwise, so who knows. With Sarg looking doubtful for Preston, if he doesn't get on it will be ridiculous

Why is Sarg subbed off to manage his minutes but we run a dead horse like Barnes the full 90mins. If SVH isnt good enough hw shouldnt be on the bench. The fact Wagner plays Gibbs instead as a sub for Sarg shows hes either inept as a manager, or acting unprofessionally. I still hope Knapper wants a fresh start in the summer

Idah wasnt happy with his super sub status here and wanted regular game.time at Celtic. Unfortunately the grass isnt always greener and hes become exactly the same at Celtic. That said we do miss someone now who can score from.the bench, and Idah was that for us. We've failed him in that hes needed a loan spell for years

Surely if Duffy is fit enough for the bench hes fit enough to start. Strange Sorenson is preferred to Duffy. Wagner sure prefers llaying out midfielders in defence ahead of our so called specialist centre backs 😅

Now Duffy is back im suprised we're persevering with Sorenson. Surely we want Duffy back for the run in as he was playing well before his injury

That doesnt matter. If Fortuna cant pay, he returns to us as our player (22 goal assists in 23 games is a superb return) high on confidence,.or we can sell.to.the highest bidder. So good all round really

Our club shouldnt have to comment. Webber is no longer associated with the club and has made these comments on his own, in an independent capacity. The only thing the club should comment on is how it has made the ncfc players feel.that he referenced. A really strange comment to make that has damaged his reputation whilst trying to get another job. Doubt his charity feels.great about it either

Cant believe how dirty Brazil have been. They are nothing special. And cannot believe how that was not offside. Even the VAR lines showed he was ahead of the defender and so how can that nit be offside

Yes but we play Hanley and we completely cave in against a Middlesboro team playing poorly up to the point of the sending off. I fear Hanley, as good a servant as hes been, is the past, and we need to freshen up the defence and look to the future without him. As captain, his job was to rally the team after the sending off, and we went to pieces.

I think we have to give svh a chance. He will only get better and adjust to the english game with time. If he doesnt then we dont have to buy him. Sarg was berated when he first arrived (albeit in the premiership) and lets face it weve been waiting for Idah to.come good, or go on loan for five years!

The difference is we are on the ascendancy and they are currently struggling for form. That said our away form has been.poor all season, but once you get to the playoffs form.goes out the window. Its all about who wants it more
