Clearly Sutton, Jelavic, and Larsson are all crap players for daring to score less than 20 goals in one season.

QHCanary, I was a bit freaked by the £9m but then worked out that if next season is worth £60m instead of £40m, then really he''s a £6m signing if we take into consideration the inevitable sharp price inflation. There are tonnes of non-Norwich fans on twitter who are flabbergasted that we''ve managed to sign him, so I hope that I''ve completely misjudged him and that he turns out to be top drawer. Being bang on average this season is pretty impressive considering he has been devastated by the sudden death of his 50 year old father. We need a ball playing centre midfielder, I can''t really think of any others, and he is wasted in a team which just misses out centre midfield completely.

It''s 2013 now Bethnal, Downing and Henderson are good players again, and Charlie Adam is playing for Stoke where he gets bored watching the ball being launched over his head. Hope you enjoyed being asleep since May 2012.

Chicken, I''d be very surprised not to see Curtis Davies here in the summer. He''ll have one year left on his deal and Birmingham will want to cash in, suspect he''d be ours for a couple of million and that would be a bargain. I think Barnett is a certainty to leave unless we bring in another CB, not sure about Ayala but hasn''t been setting the world alight at Forest and so I can''t see him making the grade. Some of Lambert''s signings didn''t work out too well, Ayala was one of them.

Charlie Adam from Stoke would be a good signing, it would require Hughton to abandon two defensive midfielders though and play him alongside either Tettey or Johnson.

I can''t see Holt going to a Championship team, it would be depressing for him. Celtic would be a great choice, he''ll be a big fish in a small pond again, hero worshipped, score shed loads of goals, and his legs will last longer up there. I think a player of Holt''s age and ability would be mad not to want to play for Celtic where he will win medals, play in the Champions League, and score shed loads of goals again. I''d genuinely be made up for him and excited if he moved to Celtic, I''d be bemused if he moved to a Championship team.

Yes I suppose you are right, £8m is probably the new £5m in the Premier League with the new Sky deal and I suppose when you look at it that way...... Plus with a bit of luck we will be signing another striker too, hopefully Gary Hooper, and if we sign two then one is bound to make it in this league. And yes, you are right, Hughton has a good record in the transfer market. I don''t really understand the Becchio signing, but other than that he has excelled. So I''ll shut up and trust Hughton.
