I travel from Stoke to watch Norwich play week in week out and having seen Martin at first hand he is not and will never be good enough as a regular starter at CB in the PL. While the blame for Saturday''s goals don''t solely fall at Martins feet it''s hard to comprehend his efforts for the 3rd goal. Once Olsson is back at left back, Brady is on the left of midfield and Mulumbu is in the centre we will have a much better balance to the team. Maybe the answer is already in the squad in Wisdom however I would be surprised if another CB doesn''t arrive before the window closes.

I don''t think anybody can deny that he gives everything everytime he plays however at this level this isn''t enough. Yes he can be a decent back up at CB/RB but we urgently need better quality at CB. The 3rd goal on Saturday was embarrassing defending at L2 level let alone PL. A suitable replacement is needed ASAP.
