Cheers Pete. Best of luck and thanks for all the hard work!

It's not like he's not trying, but I for one would be happy to see him moved on. I doubt that will happen this season, but he's had more than enough opportunity to make his mark at the club. Similar to Placheta - I can see why they were bought - but neither have worked out.

Seems like another international pass blow-out. Think that's just over 50% of matches unavailable thus far for the 'season pass', with precisely zero information from the club regarding which matches are to be unavailable. Much worse than ifollow.

Reminded me of a young Gary Holt. And that's not faint praise, obviously. -

Omar Koroma. (not technically ours, but still a 'promising youngster') -

I don't think we really need to play that many forward passes as we were 2 up. We just needed to pass the ball around, make the 10 men run, and keep men behind the ball to protect against the counter. Maybe I should cut Smith some slack, in so much that he's had a bad run, and wanted to absolutely hammer Huddersfield to give the fans some more pleasant memories, but I still reckon it backfired on him if so. Anyways, we won, so thank f#(k for that. -

Fair point, but Gibson's played left back, and Kenny has held centre mid on and off for 3 seasons. I'd trust him for 15 minutes, despite his detractors, of which I'm not one. -

Doesn't seem tactically smart, imo - 2 holding midfielders way less likely to get caught on the break against 10 men if you tell them both to sit. -

Probably thought he had no left foot. Won't make that mistake again I imagine. -

I'm not sure that's how that would play out, but fair enough. I wouldn't have made the subs Smith did, unless there were other factors like injury to contend with that we don't know about at the moment. -

Not easy to be backed up 1 v 1. Don't think he did much wrong, credit to the young lad who scored. -

Why have we brought on 5 attacking subs at 2-0 up? Why not Gibson on at left back, kenny into midfield along side Gibbs? -

Dean Smith "we're hard to beat"

His Flat top has started to take root in his cerebellum. The only possible explanation. Soon our only tactical instruction will be for the opposition to "Eat my shorts". -

Hernandez? Have lots of time for the bloke, but I controlled the ball as many times in this match as he did.
