1. Surely every point that you have made can be pretty much made for any new head coach that is appointed. Plenty of mangers/head coaches with less, equal or more experience have been appointed at others clubs and have either failed, done not nothing of merit or have been a success. We have absolutely no guarantee that any manger/head coach that comes here will do any of the three things mentioned previously.....its just how football is.....no guarantee of anything. I think this is where you have to trust in the people that are in the know, give them adequate time and then criticise if it doesn''t work well, anything else at this time is just unjustified moaning in my books.
2. http://www.canaries.co.uk/news/article/norwich-city-statement-chairman-alan-bowkett-2840038.aspx!!!
3. I don''t think we have ever played Lafferty in a striker position, only ever as a wide left player. Maybe, just maybe give him a chance in what seems to be his most effective position and he may actually score a few!
4. Thank god someone else feels the same! When I saw the team selection I thought it looked balanced and able to deal with things defensively! Lo and behold we got a clean sheet!... The rest will come!
5. And some of the other times..... http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0ifjCR9SL0s
6. And he has gone on a 93 day loan......bizarre!!!
7.
Redmond completes his hat trick!
Ish!!! Major hand ball from his team mate, great run though!!!
8. To be fair he has had a knee injury for a large part of this season!!
9. Please feed my ignorance? Too expensive? Not good enough?
10. If we keep Hooper, would Georgios Samaras be a good buy? Looking at everything that Hooper produced for Celtic, it seems as if this block knows how to find someone in a position to score!! Please tell me if I''m barking up a really wrong, huge tree!!!
11. I was just about to write something exactly the same, if we ever get into another world war, please let your real selfs be known as I wouldn''t want any of you looking after my back!! Crumbs, I believe the players have the fight that they looked completely devoid of after we even just conceded in a game over the last few games under Hughton. If we go down……fair enough……time to look forward with our new manager, a good youth squad, good youth set up and a debt free club. We do now have a manager, that at least I feel, will give us an ability to score goals in either league we end up in. Stop moaning and crying and just accept what will be, will be. All we have to do now is just get behind the team.
12. Hope it isn''t an April fool!!http://www.canaries.co.uk/news/article/20140401-players-refund-gesture-1461113.aspx
13. I thought it was quite clear from the get go that we shouldn''t have played the same formation for the game yesterday. Sunderland really don''t have pacey wingers like Swansea do. Then we did actually played hoolahan more in the left as a 442 yesterday not the 4312 that we did against Sunderland. Add the fact that Swansea can keep the ball very well and we were always going to be in big doo doo. We should have matched there formation and had 2 wingers ourselves! Meh....what do I know!!
14. Lovely job!! Something in a different vein from the normal trash comments on here!! In my opinion, it doesn''t really matter how much the fans consistently bash Hughton, Snoddy and everyone else, it doesn''t make the slightest bit of difference to what is going to happen on the pitch. Its highly unlikely that the manager is going to go at this point of the season so get over it and deal with it.Just get behind and support the team, its pretty much the only thing ''positive'' that fans can do, stop moaning like you think its going to change anything. Strangely enough, if you repeat the same usual boring repetitive threads, we may come up with an overall view but it only goes as far as this forum and no further. Enjoy the football...its at least more entertaining than it was!!
15. Surely we still need to replace him (if he went elsewhere) BIG TIME!? We probably did even if he stayed....we desperately need creativity!!
16. I rekon                        Ruddy, Martin, Bennett, Bassong, Garrido.                        TettySnodgrass, Fer, Hoolahan, Pilkington(if fit)                        HooperGoes back to what looked like our most impressive form of this season, apart from Howson. We really do miss the forward drive from Howson a lot. Looking back at our highlights from earlier in the season its quite interesting how many people forward we had and near/in the box when playing like this. I know we have lost the confidence to do this but if we can get going with this formation again, I think we will give a good game.
17. Personally, i''m quite interested to see what this chap can do on the field....at least he will be entertaining for the team.....http://swol.co/newcastle-uniteds-sammy-ameobi-exposes-jonas-gutierrez/32388
18.
Be interesting to know which Norwich players have an "eight" in their birthdate before you all rubbish Mr Tan. I know that if you toss a coin one hundred times it comes down 50 heads and 50 tails (or as near as damit). Most of the universe works on numbers so why not a football team?
Sorry Bobert but it doesn''t, it only has a 50% chance of landing one side or the other nothing else!!! Out of a 100 throws it could have any number if different results.
19. I actually thought he was better yesterday. There were several times yesterday where he was looking to pass forward to our midfield but no-one was pulling away from their marker! It happens several times and he showed his frustration about it. I really thought Fer was our week point today as well the decision making of our full backs. I''ve never quite seen such a lack luster performance from Fer, his inability to work hard defensively was all very plain to see.
20. I personally think that Hooper is a better Striker than Wolf. Much more of a heavy weight than Wolf and suited much more to the English (more physical) game. Out of the two I would put my money on Hooper getting more goals!! Put him on (if fit enough)!!
