1. Ronseal moment here... Voo, Arrr, Voo, Arr I wanna knooooow How to pronounce your name! (To the tune of hey baby by Dj orzi)
 2. Hilariously, myself and my dad have not missed an away game in 4 years, and only missed a total of 8 in the last 6 years, I apparently have 1150?
 3. Anyone find the On The Ball City print on the back of the shirts weird that it is on the inside of the shirt? Or have I got a faulty one?
 4. Sums up what a childish family they all are down there! Just the noisy neighbours who we have now outgrow in class both on the pitch and off it!
 5. Obviously now our ''more winnable'' games have now passed, but going into the last 4 games who here is optimistic? Looking at other teams run ins I would say we will need to get 4 points to guarantee survival! I don''t see us drawing 4 games but I could see us managing a win and a draw! Liverpool may be saying that there not under estimating us, but in what is a very emotional week for them as a club and knowing that there on the winning streak they are on (they all have to end sometime) alongside with hendersons suspension and strurridge reportedly ''out for the next couple of games'' I can see us snatching something next week! The teams passion was there yesterday, we just need a bit of luck! Man United I unfortunately don''t see us getting anything from as moyes will be fighting for his job! Chelsea could under estimate us, they will be coming into the game against us off the back of a second leg tie against athletico Madrid, and if they win that tie, we all know which trophy has mourinihos eye. That combined with the poor run of form they are on! Arsenal game is our best chance of 3 points due to there poor form and a FA cup final the week after for them but we can only hope that arsenal have 4th place wrapped up by then! Combining all the reasons above with the upcoming World Cup that of course no player will want to miss through injury and Swansea and West Brom aren''t out if it, there is a reason to believe! There is hope! We need to remain behind Neil Adams and the lads!
 6. I don''t know if this has been mentioned before but having a look up until now against direct comparisons from Last Year''s results (LY) we are in fact one point better off, this is of course swapping the promoted clubs for the clubs relegated from last season. I have listed beneath to show how I have worked it out. With a few slight predictions futher down!!   Everton Home - 2-2 D - Last Year 2-1W Hull (Replacing them with Wigan) Away - 1-0 L - LY - 1-0 L  Southampton Home - 1-0 W - LY 0-0D Spurs Away - 2-0L - LY - 1-1D Villa Home - 1-0L LY- 2-1L Stoke Away - 1-0 W - LY - 1-0L Chelsea Home 3-1 L - LY - 1-0L Arsenal Away - 4-1L - LY - 3-1L Cardiff Home (Replacing QPR) - 0-0D - LY - 1-1D Man City Away - 7-0L - LY 3-2W Wet Spam Home - 3-1W - LY- 0-0D Newcastle Away - 2-1L - LY - 1-0 Crystal Palarse Home (Replacing Reading) - 1-0W -  LY 2-1W     Now as we got some fantastic results at Home against the likes of the Big 6, it seems unlikely (but still within realms of possibilty) that this is to be repeated, thus making the ''Easier'' Home (never under estimating opposition) games more essential for us to Win and pick up points anywhere we can on our travels. Being a commited away season ticket holder I know the pain of this unadventerous football (wouldnt say negative) we are playing, especially away from home! But i will remain behind Hughton until his tenure is over despite not being his biggest fan. Hopefully things will start to gel and we will kick on in terms of performances at home and away. These few weeks over the Xmas period could be key!!   Obviously looking at the next few games starting with Liverpool through to Everton - On direct comparison we picked up 8 points from these games!   Liverpool Away 5-0L  - Wouldnt say I was confident! 3-1L West Brom Away - 2-1L - Think depending on how we play will either be a Win (Impossible it may be!) or a draw  Heart 2-1W Head 1-1D Swansea Home - 2-2D - I think we will win this one 2-1W Sunderland Away -1-1D Again depending on if we turn up a Winable game!! 1-0W Fulham Home - 0-0D Possible deemed as the ''Easiest'' game out of the lot, but a new change of manager may switch this. 2-1W Man Utd Home - 1-0W - Gunna say 2-0L Palarse Away (Reading) - 0-0D - Winnable but head says 2-2D Everton Away - 1-1D - Everton looking good but will Martinez have his 2nd half of the season wobble like he used to have with Wigan? 1-0L   A very optimistic Prediction i know, with us gaining 11 or 13 points depending on West Brom game (cant make my mind up)!   Alot of this I know is pointing out the obvious but thought Id have my say as its been on my mind for last few games!
 7.
McNally out, Hughton OUT, EVERYONE OUT!!!!!!!!!!
Indeed!!! How dare Hughton only draw Premier League games!! Wiz for manager as he seems to know how its all done!! ;)
 8. I understand the season ticket holders arguement, I myself have been born and bred in Cheltenham, however due to my fathers roots support Norwich, instead of a ''Bigger Team'' like the majority down here. I have been a regular attendee of away games due my location and the fact im only 19. Working nights now makes a home game impossible unless I book holiday for it. However I still have attended every away game this season after finishing a night shift at 7am and going straight to the game and 90% of them last year(only missing out due to ballots). Now does not being local and not going to home games make me any less of a fan to my beloved Norwich City than say my uncle whos had a season ticket for 10+ years ?
 9.
Heres a thought, I wonder how many 0-0 draws we had under Lambert in his entire reign at CR.I have a strong thought it will be only bout 5/6 in 3 years. Anyone know?
Just had a look over the last 3 years and the answer is 4 Walsall 0-0 at home 2009/2010 QPR 0-0 away 2010/2011 Crystal Palace 0-0 away 2010/2011 Chelsea 0-0 at Home 2011/2012

 13.

Our old coach Paul Stephenson. I work in a hotel in Cheltenham. Back on his way from seeing Accringting Stanley (who he now manages) lose to Exeter, he stopped in for nights stay as hes assesing Chelenham tomorrow. We was discussing football when I relised that I recognized the name Stephenson. He told me he once a coach with Norwich under the Glen Rodent and Lee Clark days. With a friendly bit of banter I said to him ouch, not good times then which he laughed off and reminded me they saved us when 9 points adrift. I said so what happened then, as we just started to plumit. His reply was that the Turners pulled out with pre season taking the £4million that they had promised to give the club for the allocated budget. I said about the loan signings to which he said bids had been made for players but due to the pull out by the Turners the clubs budget was £4 million down. Therefore the loan signings was all we could afford. I said well fair enough, and thinking about it really explains Gunns appointment. He commented on what a fantastic manager Mr Hughton is and what a very nice person he is aswell. When I laughed about Doomcaster all I got was a dry smile. He said he happy to see the club doing well again as its a fantastic set up. Seemed an absolutely lovely bloke, with no bitterness towards the club whatso ever. A real gent.
I doubt that £4m figure. I think Stephenson is getting confused. The Turners had put in £2.5m, and had promised another £1.5m. When they quit in September 2008 they scrapped the idea of the extra £1.5m. They couldn''t demand the £2.5m back, because of the conditions attached to the loan. They had to wait until we got to the Premier League. But not having the £1.5m did leave a massive hole in our finances. So Stephenson is right in general but wrong in specifics.
Well that may be the case, however I see how he has no reason to lie. Wouldnt suprise me if it was £4million as we were trying our hardest to get promoted that year, in Rodents words. However, we all know what happened after ;)
 14.
Interesting stuff, but I can assure you that Paul Stephenson is not the manager of Accrington Stanley.
Sorry, been a long night. I meant coaches

 16. Norwich v Fulham I thought Fulham were a little bit unlucky to be beaten by Manchester United last week. Martin Jol''s side definitely had their opportunities against the leaders but I am not so convinced by them away from Craven Cottage. Norwich have not won a league game since the middle of December and their current form reminds me of their results at the start of the season. If it is going to follow the same pattern, then they will start winning again soon. They need to because, although there are still a few teams below them in the table, with no wins in eight league games they just have not been picking up enough points recently. Looking at the teams in and around the relegation zone, I think we can take Newcastle out of the equation, but everyone from Fulham, who are 13th, downwards are in a scrap. I don''t think anyone else will be involved. Prediction: 2-1 Fair score prediction imo. Analysis after saying we are in a relegation ''scrap'' at this very moment seems abit unfair. Especially considering we are on sam amount of points as Fulham and victory over them this weekend will put us three above them, and all things going well being 10 points clear of the relegation battle with only 12 games to go. I think we may win this 3-1 though. Not 2-1
 17. You have been enrolled as a Night Canary, but are there any others who work Nights :P?
 18. Just wondered how many fellow Night Canaries there are out there... Come forward ye faithful :)
 19. We now appear to have the option to have a Plan B if things arent going well or we need to mix it up. That being formations and/ or players. Essentially we now have 3 (4 if you include Jacko) Strikers who are at our disposal, and the ability to replace Holt almost like for like if he were to get injured. As many people have stated Kamara is an unknown quantity that can hopefully work in our favour. Watching his ''Tribute'' videos looks like the type of player we have been missing. Hopefully these arent his only good moments and he comes good at FCR. Carrying on with Kamara, it seems as if he were to played on the wing he looks a very similar player to dare I say it, Hucks. His direct play and pace along with his apparent want to take players on can surely only work in our favour. (Providing a cross comes into the box and people get into the box). And from the reverse cross if another player were to be putting the ball into the box, looks like a more than capable header of the ball. He seems to have a mean shot on him, (saying that so does Johnson, we only need to tell him its the between the 3 sticks not Row Z). What I like about Becchio is the fact he is left footed and also something I have only discovered, 6ft 2. Now Moro was around the same height but that makes Becchio taller than Holt, who is 6ft. The fact he is left footed also makes him harder to defend against as a striker imo, although it seems he can finish with both. He is incredibly strong from what I have seen and will not be easily shrugged off the ball. It seems in all honestly weve bought a slightly younger, taller, left footed Grant Holt. I feel as a fan we have strenghtened our squad on paper with these two signings, however only time will tell if we have so.
 20. Aslong as we can help QPR on there journey to the Championship I shall be happy, really think we can get 3 points on Saturday!! Optimistic, Yes. 3-1 City
 21. Time now to play Football Manager - I personally think we should go two up front  in a 4-2-2-2 formation (Team i''d like to see)                    Bunn Whittaker Turner Bassong Garrido          Tettey     Johnson Snodgrass                   Pilks       Beccihio        Holt I know my team is harsh on Hoolahan being dropped but I think that we could really benefit from having two upfront against a new defence and its more than likely that the height at the back could nulify Hoolahan However the team will probs be unchanged from Wednesday with Beccihio on the bench but I really wish Hughton would play it as a 4-2-3-1 instead of a 4-4-1-1 as it allows the chance to find space and offer the likes of Hoolahan and also Holty more options to find when attacking.                  Bunn Martin Turner  Bassong  Garrido          Tettey   Johnson Snodgrass Hoolahan     Pilks                  Holt
 22.

Thats it. I give up. I''m going to support Aldershot. Bet none of their fans are like this.
Is that for good, or will you change your mind after 20 minutes again? [;)]
THIS ^^^ ROFL
 23. 2-1 Holt and Pilks - 2-0 up at half time... concede late on for a nervey finish
 24.

We''re 80/1 outright. not bad odds.
Even a fiver is maybe worth it then. Or a cheeky tenner
changed your tune ;) i think thats the boys from under the sea with a big blue banner (dunno if were allowed to mention betting names) I never do bet too much if i do and possibly wont even on this but just wondered if anyone else had thought of doing it.
