1.
Oh well transfer window now shut no other new signings have to wait till January now.
Signings aren''t always annouced as soon as they''re done. There''s usually a backlog of a few hours on deadline day.
 2.
The paperwork has to be complete though, and surely we wouldn''t want to do all that for him to then fail a medical?!
We might risk it. Depends on how injury prone CMS is.
 3.

Having medical apparantly
Not heard of a medical and personal terms being agreed in under 7 minutes before, but we will see!
The medical doesn''t have to be done before the deadline.
 4.

And where are the goals coming from?
Holt, Morison (when he regains confidence), Snodgrass, Pilks.... plus other chipping in.
And if Holt or Moro get injured (or don''t perform)? I suppose Jackson and Martin are good enough to pick up the slack...oh wait...
I''m confident Jackson could hold the fort for a month or so, especially if Snodgrass and Pilks score a few. Then we can pick up a striker in January.
 5.
Love all the positivity, I will be reading your posts with interest after we have been relegated to see how positive you are then......
Debt free plus parachute payments? I''d say we''d have a very good chance of going back up at the first attempt should the worst happen and we go down.

 7.
We have lost 2 goals and gained two goal scoring midfielders, why are people so worried about scoring?
Exactly. The only striker we''ve lost is Wilbraham (who scored a mighty one goal). I know Vaughan has gone on loan, but he played so little last year it won''t be much difference. Plus, Martin''s come back, and  I think he''ll score more than Wilbers did last season. All in all, not worried about goals. That was never our problem last year.
 8.
Good job - looking at this tweet from Kyle Naughton, it looks like they might be signing someone really good!   Kyle naughton‏@Knaughts88 “@kyle28walker: @Knaughts88 Can''t believe who I have just seen walk in” wow madness
That''s obviously Emile Heskey.
 9. Very good prospect on Football Manager (I''ve just signed him for my Club Brugge team), similar to Mbaye Niang. That''s all I know about him really.
 10. While I feel that we should have the three points, I''m not that dissapointed really. After last week we needed a good performance above all else, and today at least shows this team in capable of playing well. Roll on Scunthorpe [:)]
 11.
Emmanuel Mayuka or Joh Guidetti.
John*
 12. According to the Guardian, QPR are also going to bid for Defoe. This really annoys me, we''re trying to a build a team within our means, whereas QPR are just trying to buy survival.
 13. Now I''m even more certain QPR will be in a relegation scrap. Signing ageing, injury-prone players on studpidly high wages is not a good thing to do (especially when you consider the capacity of Loftus Road). It''s not a sustainable way of running a football club, and I bet they''ll be bankrupt like Portsmouth within five years.
 14. Why would we get rid of Morison? He was quality for us until Christmas, and there''s no reason to believe he won''t regain his form.
 15.

It going to be one of 3 Hooper ,Rhodes with someone going in other direction or Pay as you play Michael Owen
I hope it''s not Owen. We don''t want someone who''s lost the desire to play football, no matter how good they once were.
Lost the desire to play football? He hardly got the chance. I''m all for giving him that chance.
He went Man United full in the knowledge he wouldn''t play that much, but wanted the money so he could focus on horse racing. Plus, he''s said he wants to stay in the North West, and it''s unlikely he''ll want to take the helicopter to Norfolk every day. Finally, Owen''s also said he''d prefer to be at a big club and not play, than be at a mid-sized club and play regularly.

 17. Cameroon have got a Second Qualifying Round game against Cape Verde. I think if they win that then they''ve qualified.
 18. If we''re looking abroad, Emmanuel Mayuka from Young Boys would be a good signing. He was one of Zambia''s best players at the ACN.
 19. I rate him quite highly, because he''s the only youth player that ever becomes good enough for the first team on Football Manager.
 20. Precisely. Sacking a manager this early in the season will be a massive hinderance.
 21. I also remember Wigan losing 9-1 at Spurs near the start of the season a few years ago. They survived come May.
 22. It would be very, very stupid to sack him after one game. Not even the QPR of a few years ago would sack a manager after one gameHowever, if I ran the club I''d look very hard at how he goes about his job, both in terms of match performance and interviews. If he doesn''t improve the way the players perform over the next month or so (or his attitude in interviews- really terrible showing today), even if we scrape the odd win, he should go. But if he actually tries to be more positive and make the players work hard, Hughton should be given more time (even if we only win once).
 23. Look on the bright side... if we score then we go above Liverpool.
