1.
My friends Facebook friend in Danish and he said "hvordan skal jeg vide, jeg er venstrehåndet" which is very elightening.
Please let him know I send my thoughts and prayers.
 2.
Celtic and Rangers rumoured to be after him.
interesting twist that one. down to either sending him to where the connections are strongest, with a chance of champions league - or send him to the championship where he would (hopefully) develop his technical side week-in-week-out. I''d imagine in the end he will probably end up in Scotland, due to the managers involved. The fine for not playing a loan player is probably commonplace, but given the article mentions it specifically I''d suspect it''s a significant cost, one we probably wouldn''t risk.
 3. yeah, well... my friends boyfriend is a Celtic fan and said ''He was a solid player, used in the wrong way but still managed to score a few. wouldn''t expect him to flop.'' any other irrelevant opinions to throw at this (although mine is a real quote)
 4. I believe they own the stadium, but not the land it sits on. Odd situation but I might be wrong.
 5. If we can play against the bottom half squads like we have against the top half in our current run, scoring a few more goals, like most others my head says around 8th. Always the devil on the shoulder that screams hope for the impossible though.
 6. Apparently Middle East money men to take over town. To their credit most fans are calling BS but still laughable that it’s getting enough support to gain some traction. Yes they have a great history, but I’m not sure that adds any value to the club besides the metal the trophies can be melted down for. I’m not sure many investors would be interested in a club that they would have to spend more to buy the land Portman Road is on than for the club itself.
 7.
Wolves fans always seem to be full of themselves, so it''s good to see some of them saying we outplayed them and we were the better team.
Quite Also quite interesting that we as fans seem to get a bit of stick from time to time for hyping up whether or not we sell out most games. But on the website Lappin links to, they have a relatively big thread of “we’re going to have a near max attendance again!” “Only 400 tickets left with 3 hours to go!” No one seems to mention or care that their average attendance was pee poor prior to this seasons mass investment.
 8.

How do they feel about Ryan Bennett?
Not a mention in those four pages.
It may not be from 4 pages, but I remember seeing one Bennett mention in the quick search I did on the same thread. Something along the lines of. “MGW gets recognition among the averageness tonight. Special mention for Bennett too” It’s my understanding (not based on that paraphrase alone” that they seem relatively happy with Benno. Although I expect they will upgrade both our ex players upon promotion.
 9. And that’s a good thing. If the players treat it the same way and act accordingly that’s our best chance of coming away with something. The kind of money they’ve spent, and the quality of manager they have this year is nothing less than mouthwatering. We know the Quality Ruddy has and Benno has a nice little chip on his shoulder from the way some fans treated him/with his quality never being really shown/given a chance here. Like Hanley and DF said. The pressure is all on them. Although I would of preferred they had won on Saturday.
 10. That video made me look up Dijks to see how he’s been getting in this season. It’s really a shame. He is such a talented player. But has only played in 9/23 games for Ajax. Even been put down to the second team a couple of times. If we happened to lose Lewis in the summer I would love for him to return
 11.

There is a saying that pride comes before a fall
Exactly... that''s what worries me! Normally I have at least a bit of nagging doubt.
Don’t worry I very much still have the nagging doubt 😭
 12.

Nelson must not take any more penalties. Too costly !!!
Are you stupid? Everyone going mental because the obvious route to getting our striker back on the goal trail, and hopefully confidence (as he sure as hell won’t receive any from a section of our ‘supporter’ base) is understandably to give him the penalty. It didn’t work out, but that’s not the point - the obvious reason for why Nelson was given it was not rocket science and the correct decision at the time as far as I’m concerned. I’m disappointed that he’s struggling as a lone striker, but I sure as hell won’t join the imbecile earlier who called OUR player a ‘c**t’. Embarrassing!
Nelson needs game time and a lucky break to release the flood doors and get his confidence back up. And the way some of our fans treat him is utterly inexcusable. However, I do wonder if he should be kept away from penalties. I’m curious as to his overall conversion rate. During the Chelsea shootout, he completely eyed down the side of the net he was aiming for. Not even looking like he was trying to hide it. I haven’t seen today’s save but I wouldn’t be suprised if a similar situation happened again given how comfortably the goaly apparently saved it.
 13.
Let me get this straight. People are giving the guy (and club) sh1t for having sold him in the summer, so in an interview he tells us why we sold him, so (the same) people give him sh1t for being unprofessional? What do you actually want from him or the club?
My thoughts exactly. Although I’m sure you meant January and not summer. I don’t see what’s so unbelievable about this. We likely didn’t hear this much before because the fans haven’t been this riled up for the better part of a decade. Also note if what was said about Howson and Pritchard were incorrect, then why hasn’t Howson came out and said “I wasn’t bothered if I stayed or left. But they wanted to sell me for the money.” Players have as much as a forum to do so as managers/directors. And with the way agents are I don’t think they would let an untrue malicious story about a client go without rebuttal. Also failing to see the unprofessional side. Fans have asked for more openness. Especially in the delicate state our club is in. The club has responded and explained its reasoning for selling what many thought was a cruicial player and now you lot are having a contest to see who can find the biggest stick to beat the club with. It’s flabbergasting. This is also the same player who came to us an hour or so before he was due to sign the dotted line for another club. So where is all this blind Pritchard loyalty coming from for a player that had little for our club?
 14. Ignore my tired ignorance. It was referring to Ronaldo Adams of Newcastle. Jesus Christ I’m a fool
 15. How out of the loop was I that one of our U18s was the cousin on Ronaldo? Or was this not common knowledge?
 16. Can they build a basement at colney to keep Maddison in between July 1st and the end of August?
 17. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/canaries-fc-augsburg-moritz-leitner-real-deal-for-farke-1-5383376 To me this doesn’t sound too promising on him becoming permanent. Which is a real shame. I believe our Madison replacement is currently on loan in Scotland. I would be glad to be proved wrong during the summer window.
 18. i think we should put it this way. If Webber was still at huds this season, do you think he would of sanctioned the purchase of Pritchard for the amount they''re reportedly paying? my guess would be probably not.
 19.
Playing with a smile on his face which is great for next season, maybe he’ll stay
He came to us from the Bundesliga... hopefully that means he''s deemed as a must keep under the new regime
 20. I believe he was due back in training this week or last week. Bare in mind that i don’t believe it’s full training. So he has to get to that stage and then some U-23 game time as well. I think mid March would be the earliest for him. But I hope someone can prove me wrong with a sooner date.
 21. Overall yes but time will tell re our signings. All will likely need time to adapt but if we can make a strong push towards the top 6, even though I’ll doubt we’ll actually get/finish there. It will be a relatively successful rebuild season. And a strong finish will help with recruitment in the summer. I’m disappointed to see wild go. Despite probably being on too high wages, he was a good solid player, and if he could of cemented a spot in the squad for a few weeks I believe he would of shined. But I suppose the load was best for all involved.
 22. To be fair I think the actual story was that they won’t be selling him, even if they came back with 40m. That’s not them putting a numerical value on the player. That’s them just saying he is not available. He is not a part of “everyone has a price”
 23.
I''m even more baffled why we are discussing business models about our club. We have no idea how to run a football club professionally because we have never done it. I would imagine it is a pretty unique business.
Excuse me? You have no idea about my resume. How dare you even assume such things. I personally have taken lowestoft to the premier league 3 times on 3 different football manager games! So there!
 24. There’s a slight issue with this. “For years we just needed to add a decent CB to our team - but never did. Now we are crying out for an attacker who can play our system. “ We had this issue in the prem under lambert and some of Hughton. Hughton came in and sorted the def out but we lacked the attacking quality. It has switched back and forth since then with NA and AN and now Farke. It seems simple doesn’t it. Once you’ve gotten one end sorted out, you fix the other. Both an unstoppable attack and unbreakable at the back. The issue there is the teams that have that have outrageous resources. The ones that can throw the money at both. I’ll concede there is a med line that can be reached, and that is likely the end game of this little project we’re in the baby steps of. Maybe Srbeny is the answer we’re looking for. Maybe our answer won’t come for another 2 seasons or at all. But to expect all our issues to be fixed, within one season, isn’t reasonable. The club is paying for seasons of financial negligence. This is going to take time and people are going to need to be patient if they want to see the fruits of the current efforts being made.
 25.
The real crime is that we didn''t give him a go last season instead of shipping him out to Aberdeen the moment he arrived.Who knows what might have happened if we had only had the balls to try him here first
Or the loan did him the world of good, toughened him up a bit, and helped him on his way to being the player we saw today. I wasn’t the biggest fan of AN but come on. But it’s Anything to beat the club with I suppose. 🙃
