Yeah, I did. Would have been late 80’s. I Must have been 10/11 at the time. Remember turning up and being put in the wrong age group, u13’s or u14’s. I was too shy to say anything at the time so just went along with it. Did ok but didn’t standout against the older lads. Have always regretted not suing anything, could have been a different story if I played in the correct age group.

Redmond is far from slow. Still only 28. Would have done a far better job than Rashicha, Placheta on the wing.

Be a shame if he goes but just hasn’t worked out for him. Not looked interested at all this season and his performances were well below par for an experienced international. Article on the website does not say if it’s a permanent move or a loan. Hoping we can recuperate a big chunk of his transfer fee and reinvest in the next window. Redmond would have been good.

Jeeing up the away fans

Why on earth was the drummer positioned near to the away fans. All that contrived to do was spur on the away support. They loved it and though it was hilarious as could be heard by some of there chants. The last thing we should be doing is keeping up the away fans! why not position the drummer slap bang in the middle of the lower Barclay or in between the snake pit and the Barclay. Anywhere but not next to the away fans🤦‍♂️

The problem inside Carrow Road on a match day is the fact that more than 3/4’s of the ground do not contribute anything to the atmosphere. We are known as a family club and a large proportion of the capacity will be made up of a younger generation and dare I say it the older generations. They will be happy to sit, clap and occasionally moan when the odd pass goes astray. On Saturday there was not one song sung from either the City stand (Coventry apart), River End or the South stand. Even the snake pit is quiet now. Its a far cry from the days when I watched my beloved team from the back of the Barclay taking on the mighty Inter and Bayern with electric atmospheres. I’m not sure what the answer is. Safe standing areas may help. Better pre match and half time entertainment. Several drummers together. Vuvuzela’s😃.

4 wins on the bounce is brilliant but I am still concerned we haven’t got the balance of the team right yet. The midfield is a problem and an area we are not controlling enough. I think Hayden will make a huge difference once fit. Hayden, McClean/Sara and Nunez looks to be a great mix and should bring solidarity in the middle of the pitch which should allow the forwards freedom to attack.

Yeah looked a nasty one. Fingers crossed it’s not too serious and he makes a speedy recovery. Looks a real player and a top lad too!

From what I have seen so far I think this squad can win the league at a canter. I don’t think Norwich have got out of 1st gear yet, we certainly haven’t found our best starting 11 and once Pukki finds form and hits the goal trail then many teams are going to suffer. Plus we have Hayden, Sara and I predict a new winger to add to the mix.

Awful first half but still had the best two chances of the game thus far. Losing the midfield battle at the moment. Need an extra body in the middle of the park.
