  1. I have never seen a team play so well for long periods but fail to kill the game on so many occasions. I'm not sure what the answer is to that, but we are going to struggle to get out of this now, 7 points adrift is a hell of a gap.
  2. A team full of Onel's attitude is what we need right now. Great interview, hopefully his words can inspire a few more in the dressing room.
  3. Luke Chambers is doing his very best to throw this game!
  4. I can honestly see Ipswich getting a hard fought (don't laugh) 0-0, it's that time of the season where surprise results can & do happen. They did manage to hold them earlier in the season, so I'm hoping they can do the same again. Beating Blackburn & winning the title at home would be the icing on the cake of an incredible season.
  5. By the time we kick off on Saturday we will ‘likely’ be 2nd. Sheffield United have Ipswich at home, an Ipswich team I simply cannot see getting a result let alone helping us out! I’m emotionally exhausted, how can we possibly have let such a fantastic opportunity to slip through our fingers. We’ve lost form at the worst possible time
  6. Didn’t say they sat back, said they set out to frustrate. Lots of little fouls & general time wasting, disrupts our flow.
  7. Just not our day, typical cynical Karanka team out to frustrate us and it’s worked. Added to a woeful referee who has missed crucial decisions. We move on & we go again at the weekend.
  8. Yeah was the same for me, was running very slowly last night also. Probably just some teething issues with the new forum software :)
  9. Confirmed: https://twitter.com/JamTarts/status/954013381165449216
  10. @Gordon Bennett - Phillips went out on loan to Cambridge for the rest of the season.
  11. @King Canary http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwich-city/desperate-to-play-for-the-canaries-but-not-for-roeder-1-5212749
  12. I think he''s not counting that as I believe by the time we conceded, Klose was not on the field as he''d been substituted. :)
  13. From Sky Sports: BASSONG AT BIRMINGHAM Harry Redknapp has revealed Sebastien Bassong is training with Birmingham City after his release from Norwich at the end of last season. The pair worked together at Tottenham, and Redknapp told the Birmingham Mail: "He’s a great lad and he’s going to come in and get himself fit ready to play somewhere. "He’s on a free, he’s a good lad...he was player of the year at Norwich two years ago and he’s still a very good player in my opinion."
  14. @norfolkngood - Didn''t you say this was a done deal? Or did I imagine that?
  15. Rudd simply is not good enough. I believe we extended his contract in order to receive a fee for a him, rather than letting him walk away for a free.
  16. @Lessingham Canary - Yes, Pilch Sport is owned by Jarrolds I believe.
  17. And confirmed on Twitter: https://twitter.com/NorwichCityFC?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor
  18. Yeah this article seems to confirm it: http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/farke-always-city-s-prime-target-1-5032592
  19. Here you go: http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/511680/Revealed-How-much-each-Norwich-player-earns-week How accurate this is is anyone''s guess though!
  20. Got an Everton supporting mate who was disappointed to see Naismith go, he''d much rather they shipped out Kone. Said he''d be a great signing for us & when I heard about it I was thinking the same. But when I said how awful Naismith has been for us so far, he sounded surprised & could only assume that the way in which we setup just doesn''t suit Naismith. Maybe there''s some truth in the fact that we are trying to shoehorn Wes & Naismith into the same team & just isn''t working right now? If he was to leave, who do we replace him with? Or do we even need to sign someone else to replace him as he''s been largely ineffective for us.
