1.

Charles Sale in the Daily Mail writes; "A relaxed Hodgson had gone out for a meal in Oslo the night before with Dave McNally, the Norwich chief executive who worked with the England boss at Fulham, and Norwich majority shareholder Delia Smith. The Norwich group had come to watch their goalkeeper John Ruddy who was injured in training." Oh well, End of Subject can I stop worrying now.?

Probably not Pete. If England don''t perform well the ''blame Delia'' posters will see this meal in Oslo as the reason. If England do perform well the ''hail McNally'' posters will see this meal in Oslo as the reason.

 3. I remember that he said in an interview that all he had to take was boots, gloves, trainers, a few casual clothes and toiletries and the FA were even providing underwear for them. Do you think he got his free pants, they''d make a great auction item for HFH!
 4.
sun journalists
http://www.sundaysun.co.uk/sport/sunderland-afc/safc-news/2012/05/20/sunderland-in-the-hunt-for-norwich-s-grant-holt-79310-31006159/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter The Sunday Sun in the North East and The Sun from London are completely different papers.
 5.
On Saturday morning BBC journalist Phil McNulty (think that''s his name) tweeted that Grant Holt, if he left Norwich, would suit Sunderland well. I believe The Sun etc have seen this, put two and two together etc etc etc. McNulty has a large following on Twitter so this wouldn''t surprise me.
The Sunday Sun in the North East is a completely different paper from The Sun on Sunday.
 6.
or maybe it''s the sun making up stuff again based on some pretty pretty witless reasoning ie Holt wants to leave, he wants to move back to Cumbria, Sunderland is near Cumbria given the suns record of being about as accurate as stevie wonder playing darts I would regard their drivel as pretty worthless old tosh
The Sunday Sun in the North East is a completely different paper from The Sun on Sunday.
 7.

My two questions were as innocent as they seemed, I was curious as to the circumstances of how he found the picture. But I''m afraid that you''ve confused me even more, in your first sentance you say that the user is "looking" at the website but then you say ''If you don''t want people to see something, don''t put it on a live site''. The way you''ve explained it they didn''t put it on a live site as when the user was looking at the web site they couldn''t see the picture.
The image files were put on a production server which is public facing, and can therefore be accessed if someone looks for it.  The point is, any confidential images should not be put into a public facing server without adequate security/password permissions in place.  These were clearly not in place.  Epic NCFC IT Security fail.
The ''if someone looks for it'' bit was my original question, why would you go looking for it?

 9.

Not sure if this has been asked already but why would you want to right click and look at the source code?
He probably wanted the file name so he could search for it within the cache.
Why would you want to search the cache for the file name?

 11. I''ve just sown a strip of green material on the collar of my current one.
 12.   YOBS have vandalised a memorial garden created in memory of football legend Sir Bobby Robson. The vandals defaced a stone portrait of the former Newcastle boss, which is near to St James'' Park. It is believed Norwich fans were the culprits as Sir Bobby also managed their bitter rivals Ipswich. Liz Luff, of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, which raises cash for cancer research, said: "I''m furious to find the memorial garden vandalised. "I can''t believe anyone would do that." 13.

Yes, I used to get SHOOT in the late 60''s /early 70''s. Prior to that my Dad used to get me a mag which I think was called Charles Buchan''s Football Monthly ( though I''ve got to be honest, I''m a bit vague as to who Charles Buchan actually was) .   Lots of mags have come and gone since then, but I assume When Saturday Comes and 4-4-2 are still on the go in the UK.   On a similar subject, what happened to the 80''s /90''s phenomenon that was fanzines? There were several City ones, the ones I remember were "I Can Drive a Tractor", and "Man Utd are On The Telly Again" (MUAOTTA).

Wasn''t it ''Liverpool are on the telly again''?

 15. This one from Twitter was quite good, "Over 30? Over rated? Over paid? If yes to all of the above, QPR are probably speaking to your agent."
 16. It was there when I clicked on the link earlier, the count was at 125 days, they''ve removed it again.
 17. And I could avaoid it by learning to spell avoid!
 18.
I have been actively supporting the 49ers since 1988, I watch more american football than football.   I have been to games from the late 90''s to 2008 and been to almost all the stadiums in the US for games and soccer games. Still American football stadiums stand alone compared to our over-rated Wembley. I worked within soccer in the US, not as a coach but within promotion from grassroots through to the MLS and worked alongside British teams Chelsea, Man U when on their US tours. I also was in LA when David Beckham moved to the MLS. There is a strong support for the game here and it is not young kids with the game being televised on mainstream television for almost 3 decades so the fan base is stretched over a good age range.   I like that you can leave a little note on here for some other NCFC fan who has an interest in another sport.   Think next weekend against the saints will be a cracking game. No question there could be a great NFC championship game and superbowl for the interested neutrals if the packers or saints meet the patriots.
You could avaoid the abuse by sending a PM.

 20.
Does McNally win, or does Delia and the rest of Norwich City''s Management Team win?Or are we still in the place where Delia got us relegated but McNally saved us?
OK, the lazy journalist only used Delia''s name and the lazy poster (me) only used McNally''s name, I''m dissapointed that there wasn''t a cooking reference in the report as well, maybe it could be renamed the (Apple) Turnover Institute!
 21. From todays Independent: "Delia Smith hasn''t had the easiest ride since taking over at Norwich City Football Club – who could forget her raucous appeal to fans to get behind the side on the PA system – but here''s some reward for all her hard work. The Institute for Turnaround has just handed her and the rest of Norwich City''s management team a gong for the way they''ve turned the once financially stricken club into a stable member of the Premier League. Let''s hope this isn''t the equivalent of the dreaded vote of confidence in the manager." I think the wierdest part of that story in that theres such a thing as the "Institute for Turnaround".
 22. You could send Grant a tweet and ask him, I bet if you sent Joey one he''d tell you.
 23. The Saw Doctors have recorded their version on the pop classic ''Downtown'' with the original singer Petula Clark. It is due for release in December 2011. Must be worth a download.
