Even the wheels were still on the car 😀

49 years ago me and three mates drove to Liverpool FC , parked the car in the car park , got asked by three scruffy looking kids for a quid to look after your car mate , watched city get outclassed and lost 3-1 Ian Mellor scored for us , we had just been promoted to the top league , 49 years later we are still in the same place no better no worse , apart from the fact the squads are much bigger and every is so much more expensive , I expect the kids would ask for a tenner these days 😀

What a terrible weekend for us Burnley and Watford winning Newcastle winning and they all have games in hand . Paying the price for not investing in the summer and jan yet again . Excellent performance from city today but lack of quality striker is costing us through missed chances

They have made it but probably will regret it and wished they stayed at home 😀

Pukki gets injured then we have no real strikers great ,

It was a 4 horse race at the bottom but this weekend results have reduced that to three , Newcastle have paid for their safety, and all the teams have games in hand . A bit of investment in jan would have helped, we seem to be improving but just feel it’s all too late

As long as we put up a good performance with all giving their all that’s all that counts , no one expects nothing but a heavy defeat

Same old story really still not got a quality striker who can score goals on a regular basis , idah, pukki and Sargent just not good enough

No it’s sad that the only transfer headline is that one of our young players with talent has gone , ok he has not been great with this season but got a feeling he will flourish in the future .

With two wins the board have escaped heavy criticism for not signing anyone , had we lost the last two there would have been much more fuss . We have a championship squad who maybe could finish in top six next season , and we start the process over again

It would be great if Newcastle continued to perform badly despite all the spending , sadly I don’t think this will happen and expect them to end up mid table

Are we the only premiership team to have not signed anyone or taken anyone on loan ?

Managers in the premiership are millionaires, the wages they get and the compensation, still must be disappointing to get get sacked

We are really in a false position at the moment with us having played 4 more than Burnley and more than Watford and Newcastle all we can hope is they lose most of those games

This saga is getting very silly , it’s about time the club is honest with us and tell us exactly what has gone on with him over the last few months , there is obviously a problem somewhere , is it mental or physical,

Be Interesting to see how Newcastle get on from now as they have signed to get themselves out of trouble , guess it’s the difference Between being poor and rich
