To travel there and watch your team play like they don''t care if we win or not can''t be easy. 2 1/2 thousand fans there today supporting city ,they deserve better .

A predictable loss - Norwich poor at poor teams
Yellowhammer replied to grefstad's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Constant swapping players in and out of the team is a disaster as they can''t be a team . -
Can't believe i'm going to say this but...
Yellowhammer replied to Keith Scott's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
He still has to prove he is a great manager -
We are just not up to it ,shocking performance today ,all strike force are poor quality ,not prepared to play only one who can score. A miracle player needed in transfer window or better attitude from the team .

Looks like kyle lafferty is on way out ,got a feeling this could be a mistake and he could go on to be a regular scorer for another club . Or I could be wrong and he could Be a flop .what do you think ?

Too high expectations, used to throw cushions in my day -
Very cool under pressure good goal ,was very surprised when selected but seems to be getting better during the game

Referee for Sunday - Jon Moss

Have we got a lucky ref , always seem to get a bad deal -
Love it when people judge players on a few appearances, given him a chance ,full of confidence and the only striker who seems to know where the goal is
-
Good point making plans

Exactly
-
Yes well overdue a chance in the first team

How do we beat Arsenal?
Yellowhammer replied to lake district canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Sign vardy, my cousin is a gooner ,said he loves it when teams like city come up as it''s where they get easy points from ! . -
Be interesting to see how he gets on for his country ,as lots of people have said he has only got his goals as Ireland have been playing weaker teams, either it will be proven that this is true or he will carry on scoring for them in Europe and we will regret not playing him. We could do with a quality striker . Wish we had Kane !

Ok but could have done more
Yellowhammer replied to Yellowhammer's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Just had a word with myself ,still think we did ok v a top class side who I expect will finish in top five eventually -
Think we did ok ,usually we expect to get thumped by Chelsea ,this was a bit different, felt we could have done more ,disappointed lafferty was not given a chance yet again . Arsenal will be up for it after losing today, it''s always us who get the backlash! .

I have fond memories of the reserve games at carrow road as a kid, they were played on Saturday while first team were away. You could sit or stand anywhere and it was always e,citing when playing some of the old first division teams as sometimes they would have stars in the side coming back from injury, remember seeing Charlie George,Rodney marsh and Alan Hudson playing in reserves ,and if the ball went into the stand there was always a chase to get the ball ! The score was updated from the first team match during the game. In some respects it would be better for the players especially the goal keepers sitting on the bench every week.

Yes you are right remembered him as a loan but yes part of deal that saw bone leave ,chivers, was a good one as mentioned. Happy days
-
Thanks for link ,always thought he was on loan as only here for a short spell ,he was a great player .it has to be crouch them , or Bobby bell.
