  1. It isn''t the actual prediction that annoys me (as West Brom beating Norwich is could quite easy happen). But it''s the way they have come to those predictions. It''s just shows a complete lack of effort and research. But it''s the same with most of these pundits. Shearer is forever getting our players names wrong and Merson etc are making stupid comments with no backing. Just frustrating as there are many people with greater football knowledge who are more than capable of replacing these pundits!
  2. More expert punditry from Paul Merson who predicts us to lose as we had a bad second half vs Wigan!!!!!! Dear oh dear http://www.skysports.com/opinion/story/0,,15205_8345645,00.html West Brom v Norwich PAUL PREDICTS: 2-1 West Brom are in a real lull. They''ve lost three and drawn one and if they don''t win this I can see them sliding down the table. People were getting carried away and talking about them getting in the Champions League, but all of a sudden they''ll be in the bottom half of the table. Norwich are doing well and dominated the first half against Wigan last week, but they weren''t as good in the second half so I''ll go for West Brom here.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20784357 Us to get beat as our players will be getting big headed as we''re on a good run ....... "West Brom have taken only one point from their last four games while Norwich are now at the other end of the form table, but that can change so quickly as both clubs well know after such contrasting starts to the season. I can see the Baggies ending their bad run here. In the Premier League, when you go on a good run then one or two players start believing their own publicity and lose focus. After their recent results, West Brom boss Steve Clarke will be in amongst his players telling them ''right, that''s it, that''s our bad run done - come on, we''ve got to have a real go in this game'' and I think this will be the start of another decent run for them. But Clarke and his Norwich counterpart Chris Hughton will be very pleased with how their first season in charge has gone for them so far. Both sides will be happy with their points tallies and, for teams like these, it is about peaks and troughs. There are about 10 teams in the Premier League capable of going unbeaten for four or five games and then going the same amount of time without a win and both the Baggies and the Canaries know that feeling now." Prediction: 2-0
  4. West Brom 1-2 Norwich - Snodgrass to put a few decent set pieces into the box which West Brom won''t be able to handle and we''ll take full advantage of :)

    I'm ill :(

What cough medicine would you recommend? ;)
  6. Wayne Rooney - Best player in the Premier League ....... that is all
  7. WBA - Win - Chelsea - Win - Man City - Win - West Ham - Win - We''re going to get a very good Christmas present this year ;)
  8. I agree if we lose Hughton has to go. We can''t afford to lose to teams like Southampton
  9. Southampton 0-2 Norwich :) - Lawrenson doesnt think we''ll win and on the Southampton forums they seem to think it will be a comfortable victory for them. But can see us keeping it tight at the back and getting a few goals on the break.
  10. Just come back from Manchester myself. And on the train there was no Man United fans on the train until we got to Peterborough. Then the train filled up with United fans ............
  11. Wont be able to come back for this one im afriad :/ But will be coming back for Man Utd this weekend ;)
  12. lake district canary - Difference being Man United arent arsenal. They''ve scored twice as much goals as Arsenal this season away from home and have more players that can hurt us
  13. Man United have scored 29 goals this season we have scored 8. We''re going to have to score a lot of goals to win this one!
  14. Norwich 2-1 Man United - RVP to open the scoring and then a couple of late goals from Snodgrass and Holt
  15. At the match yesterday we were constantly being told to sit down at the front, killing the atmosphere. This was mainly because of some old gits behind us who insisted on sitting down for the whole game (despite standing up at half time and before kicking off). Should people be allowed to stand up at away games? And people who dont be seated elsewhere, preferably at the front? As the majority of fans wanted to stand yesterday. Brings back the debate about safe standing areas ....
  16. Reading 1-4 Norwich Reading are still waiting for their first win back in the Premier League as they were destroyed by an in form Norwich side who grab their first away win of the season. Reading took the lead in the first half when Jason Roberts was adjudged to be brought down in the area by Sebastian Basssong, Roberts converted the penalty to give Reading a deserved lead. Norwich took control soon after this and got a deserved equaliser through Grant Holt as Robert Snodgrass was brought down in the area. In the second half the Canaries took control and took the lead through a fine Robert Snodgrass strike from just outside the area. Norwich didn''t holt back and added further goals late on from Bradley Johnson and sub Simeon Jackson. The Canaries have extended their unbeaten run to 4 games, while Reading are still without a win.
  17. Hello, I''m going to university in Manchester this year and was wondering if there''s many Norwich fans on here who travel to away games from Manchester? As i''d rather travel with a few of the yellow and green faithfull than on my own!
