  1. Personally, I would start with Morison and bring on Holt for the last 30 mins or so. Thought we had the right team out today, just beaten by a better team. Agree that bennett shoud be on the bench but can''t see how you can leave Hoolahan out, hes too instrumental to us.
  2. Bit rich I am a banana calling me a binner, just read your comments about Holt on another thread. Pot and kettle come to mind
  3. Will probably be shot down for saying this but I thought Grant Holts dive to win us a penalty in the second half was disgusting. I know we were chasing the game but there is no need for the captain to sink to such depths. Really going to find it difficult to defend him next time someone accuses him of being a diver.
  4. Personally I rate him. Sure he ain''t a ball winner but he can pass, shoot and create goals. Also got a bit of  a soft spot for him as his two goals against Cardiff last year were vital in helping us to secure promotion.
  5. Before we start getting carried away by how bad Ipswich are. heres a stat for us to think about: Today was the first time since Stoke came into the premier league that they had more than 50% possession of a game.
  6. Just had a quick look on the Stoke fanzine site and they aren''t impressed with Holt or our canary loving journo pal! Quite amusing http://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=Potters&action=display&thread=171667
  7. Although it is early days we need to beat teams like Stoke who don''t travel well. Mind you apart from the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, manchester City, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea there aren''t many teams to worry about
  8. Personally I thought a point each was a fair result. Had it not been for Ruddy it could have been far worse. I guess the injury time equaliser is a bit of payback for all the late goals we got last year
