1. Really don''t know what people are moaning at me for to be honest. How many of you would seriously be happy to watch football like Stokes style everyweek? I certainly wouldn''t. Why does a win have to be a ''''poor game, scrape 1-0''''? Remember the wins against Man City, West Brom, Swansea etc last year? Top games, and we got results. No matter what you say, football is an entertainment  package. You go there to see a good game and hopefully a City win, you don''t go there to be bored and feel you have wasted half your life savings on a ticket..
2. As The title says, we all go to games and follow City because we want to be entertained and see a successful side. For me, the best way to be entertained at a game is to see an end to end game with both sides going for it, seeing a few goals fly in and a lot of chances. Last night, we had all of that, 9 goals, plenty of missed chances at both ends and 2 sides going for goals. I don''t get these people saying ''''we conceded 3 vs Bury blah blah blah''''. We had Bassong and RB playing as the CB''s who haven''t played a full competative game for months, there is bound to be some rustiness and not match fit. In a cup game especially, surely we can just go, take our seats and enjoy what is unfolding in front of our eyes?! I swear, some people go just to pick out flaws! It was the best game I have seen in a long while, full credit to Bury too, they never let their heads drop. All in all a very entertaining night at Carrow Road, and that''s what we all want, surely?!
3. Hi Julia :) 1000 fans coming from Bury for a League cup second round tie on a Tuesday night is a good turnout! I''ll estimate at around 16k there tonight, last Saturday''s ''''performance'''' will have put a lot of people off, plus we are hopeless in the cups (Luton at home last year...) so not many more than 16k I wouldn''t have thought. Also, as others have said, I wouldn''t hesitate getting down to Ladbrokes and sticking a few £ on your lot Tonight.....
4. Have you checked online? There may be some still on general sale, and after Yesterday, I can''t see many of them going!!
5. They are having a protest march (well, I''ve seen it mentioned on a couple of their forums) before the game to demonstrate against the (hilarious!) rebranding of the club. Plus some of their fans have decided to miss the game as a form of protesting. I know it would need a big march/fans not attending, but surely this can''t really help the team on the day of their first home game back in the league?! IF we got an early goal, their fans could implode (seeing as they are already at the end of their tethers!), and it could play right into our hands!
6. The day has finally come around!! After all this wait and excitement, do people think we will be disappointed this time Tonight, or wil it be a good win? I''m going 3-2 to City!

8. 1. Indifferent to be perfectly honest. Beat one team on our tour in America, but lost twice, then we drew at Brighton, drew at Braga, drew with Real Sociedad and beat Panathanaikos. I only went to the game against the Greeks, and we played well, but from reports I''ve read, in previous games we were quite poor in spells of matches, and dominant in others, so a mixed pre season TBH!!2. We have made 7 signings, most notably in RVW, Fer and Redmond. As I said above I only went to one friendly, so would be unfair to say how they performed pre season, but I have heard some very promising things about Fer and Redmond in particular3. Not quite. I feel we need another second striker/CAM  (Ola Toivonen looked a dead cert for this position at this point, but Fabio Quagliarella is another strong possibility) and a CB possibly (we were strongly linked with Toby Alderweireld but that looks very unlikely now) but I don''t think we have seen all of our business yet. Watch this space...!! 4. The core of our team (Ruddy, Bassong/Turner, Fer/Johnson/Howson, RVW and Hooper looks very strong, with Snoddy and Redmond on the flanks, we are a very strong side imo, so I can''t pick out individual players haha!5. Safety still has to be first priority, but I feel we have a good enough squad  to challenge for top half of table and a decent cup run, baring no major injuries6. Will tell you in a few weeks. Last year was very defensive and negative, but it got us 11th place. We only play one forward which frustrates a few fans, so hopefully it''s a little more exciting, attacking football this year! 7. Undecided. He kept Wigan in the League and won the cup, but I''m not sure if he really suceeded though! Wigan are a small club and were punching well above their weight for years, but for any side, if you are in a league that long, you should see some improvement, which Wigan never really did. Not too sure what he will bring to the Toffee''s. 8. Jagielka. He''s not your best player, but has good experience which would help the young defenders here (Bennett, Ayala etc) and would be brilliant competition to Bassong, Turner and Bennett9. Anywhere between 6th-14th! Reall can''t tell with your new gaffer, will be interesting to see how it all goes10. RVW, Hooper and the wingers all have the capability to cause havoc, Howson on his day is unstoppable (check out his goal at Man City last year!). We have a lot of ''''threatening'''' players on paper!11. Baines down the left, with Kone and Jelavic being a handful up top 12. No honeymoon period for Martinez! 3-1 to City. Our goals from Johnson , Redmond and RVW! Yours from Baines (free kick)
9. I remember this guy!! Was it really all those years ago?! So much has happened to our club since this thread was started, it''s scary!
10. I got the one with the king visiting CR :)
11. Will be his last season in football then!http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/8599008/
12. RVW was given the number 9 shirt a couple of weeks ago when the away shirt was released but the others haven''t been announced yet
13. It actually started last night ;) (Sheff Utd 2-1 Notts County!) But hope to see Holty bang one in Today. Tierney just played for Bolton
14.
Ah the era when footballers scored goals and you tried to win football matches. Maybe somebody should show it to Hughton.
You mean the same Hughton who led us to our highest position since 1993 (20 years.....)?
15. They are ran by the same owners. Last year Watford had all these players on loan and they have signed permanently this season
16. Very classy player, never really got the opportunity to succeed in the Premier League with us due to injuries. Too good to be playing in the reserves for us. Will do very well for Bournemouth. I have a slight soft spot for the Cherries (don''t know why!!) so really hoping they do well next year, good luck surman!
17. There is not a chance we would let one of our two best CB''s go out on loan to a potential League rival!! For the last 3/4 months of the season he was probably our best defender! Can''t see any truth in this at all
18.
Maudlin'' tosh. People die everyday.
I hope you are just trying to ''''get bites'''' from people by saying this, rather than being such a moronic piece of scum. If your best friend, family member (mum, dad, bro/sis, kid etc) passed away, and somebody said to you, what you just said, how would you react? Grow up
19. Ipswich had Gazza on trial but said he was ''too fat'''' to sign, and Bobby Robson brought Ruud Gullit over for a trial, but he opted to sign for Feyenoord. Thank God for that, hey?!
20. When Hull were last in the Prem, they were looking at Cavani (then of Palermo) and were in talks to sign Negredo, Phil Brown admitted this a couple of weeks ago
21. What a complete and utter moron this guy is!! Wow, they have 3 ex average England players? We have Dutch internationals in our squad, I think that''s a lot more impressive than having 3 flops in the squad from a failing national set up. I think it''s funny that the man they call ''''Mr QPR'''' (Jamie Mackie) has decided to leave them for Forest...I can see this season going t*ts up for that lot, and they quite frankly deserve it!
22. First away game of the season against newly promoted side and a whole new crop on NCFC players? I think it''ll be a sell out...
