Bony to Swansea 12 million

They''ve also got European football to tender for meaning they''re bound to spend more and can attract a slightly higher calibre of player than us... unfortunately. Happy with how we''re operating though! -

Here's what our squad could look like...

Even if it''s nearer 30 million, we''ve still already spent over 10 million. I can''t imagnie we''d even have £30m, then there''s wages too. I would imagine at best we''ll bring in 2-3 of them. -

There''s not actually any solid indication that any of the name''s we are linked with are going to sign, if anythnig there''s more to suggest that they possibly won''t. Coupled with the fact, do you really believe we have the finances to sign even half of all of them? N''Doye - Rumoured to have to double our £6m. Hooepr - Minimum of £5m Fer - Rumoured to be around 7-8m Toivonen - £5-6m Alderwiereld - £8m ish? Olsson - Atleast 4-5 million. We''ve already spent 8.5 on RVW and nearly 3 million on Redmond. That would be a combined fee of over £40 million. Mmmmm -

Sky reporting that he has expressed an interest. there is no quote to back the article up though. -

My mate who knows Paul Lambert personally just told me somethnig which has nothing to do with Norwich. -
You''d expect the captain to feature in a promotional spot

Like I said, I wouldn''t take away from this season as theres been some good moments but its uncanny how often he wastes a promising attack. He doesn''t have natural ability. He''s a grafter who has served us well. Bennett was one of our star performers last season and would be again. We all know pilks ability. Both deliver a much more promising delivery and are more capable of beating their man.

Snodgrass should go for me. As controversial as that may appear, he tries hard but is far too wasteful. His desire gets him over the line but we often lose out on a great opportunity due to his composure, decision making or over compensation. I wouldn''t change his involvement from this season but I think we need a player of higher technical skill. I consider pilks and an in form Bennett, above him, despite his heart and effort.

I dreamt we lost to MK Dons in a televised game which ultimately sent us down. Woke up for the first second believing it was reality. Thank God! Or whoever it is up there -
You also have to consider he''s had a lot of quality players during his tenure and still only scrapes survival every year. We don''t have quality like; Valencia, Moses, N''Zogbia, Rodellega... two of whom play for two of the best sides now. If you benefit from having such quality, you have to make it pay. He simply hasnt. I am aware they didnt all play together but some of them did and there were others who are arguably reasonable players now at other premier league sides. He''s saying this is his best squad ever, then surely the manager is wrong? No thanks Martinez.

Wes & Pilks & Benno
WesHoolahansDefendant replied to WesHoolahansDefendant's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I''d personally give Snoddy a day off, he was woeful against Stoke. The minute Wes came on, we looked so much more threatening, add in a fit Pilks and Benno''s pace and crossing ability then we should be able to cause Villa problems and it relieves Holt of his new-found wing duties. Keep the strength in midfield with Johnson and Tetts and yes, perhaps push Martin into the middle -

Why do people take things so literally, then waste their time commenting on a thread just to attack the OP. Idiot. -
Should start on Saturday, end of.

Unfortunately for me, his counter productivity going forward sort of cancels out the hard work he puts in. He''l regularly win the ball but just give it away again. That said, I think he does a job -
Thought he was excellent today.

Glad its talksport with that ideology and not everyone else! Not that is really makes aby difference -
Just perusing the Beeb prior to kick off and theres plenty of inevitable discussion as to who will be relegated. It is to both my slight surprise and jubilation that no one is even mentioning us. General consensus is itl be Stoke or Wigan. We''re obviously doing something right. Im worried today is do or potentially die. I think we''ll do though. COME ON CITY!! biggest game of this premiership era
