Artificial pitches are a lot better than the luton/qpr days but still not perfect. I can understand why smaller clubs want it, as they can rent the ground out all week without damage rather than the ground being used no more than twice a week. Sometimes it''s difficult to tell the difference on modern artificial surfaces but the signs are still there, I never thought it would be possible to play rugby on an artificial pitch but that is now done. I think that within the next 20 years there will be more artificial pitches than grass in the professional game

To be honest he could be a good appointment for them in the short term. Hughton has a decent championship record but can''t cut it in the prem, he''s not the 1st manager and certainly won''t be the last that can manage a team well in the lower leagues but can''t do it at the top.

After last season its great to see the side scoring again. 2nd highest scorers in the league and certainly more entertaining. Not only that but we''re scoring all these goals without Hooper, who I''m sure will have his fair share by the end of the season. It''s an enjoyable time to watch NCFC again last season was getting a tad depressing.

I mean about him leaving. If he keeps on this form he will end up getting poached by a prem side!

If Adams wants to keep hold of a player and the club get an offer who really gets the say so? I like Adams a lot but I feel that as he''s not a big name yet he has little say, if a bigger name was in charge players would be less likely to go. That''s my personal thoughts.
