1. For some reason i''ve felt for the past few weeks we would sign Jordan Rhodes and Michael Owen, no idea why, its just stuck in my head and refuse''s to leave... at least by Friday night we will know whats what, and can fully focus on the football pitch stuff,.. til January arrives !!!
 2.
Not tonight, will prob head into town tomorrow
Haha, Saturday nights are a better night out these days anyway!! And there''s no doubt another striker will be signed by this time next week, with Vaughan leaving its even more of a certainty... Just a guessing game of who, now that Huddersfield have JV does that mean Rhodes will move on to bigger and better things??? Possibly us.??? Hope whichever striker we bring in they are fresh and rearing to bang some goals in asap ... Otbc
 3. He''s done nothing wrong to us to deserve a bad reception, always gave it his best, came across a decent fella, would wish him a good season but as he''s signed for Qpr I can''t bring myself to say that !! OTBC
 4. Fox still has a role with us this season, when he doesn''t play we seem to struggle to get our passing game going. I don''t think he will play as many games as last season but all the same we need different options for different formations so I would keep hold of the Foxy one.
 5. I much prefer a Coffee in the morning, Tettey just doesn''t get me up and ready for the day.
 6.

Probably not true but he is a good player.
I heard from a club contact that a medical has either just taken place or is about to with regards to signing a ''Non'' British player, don''t know much other than it''s not a striker, which disappoints me but we still have a week left of the window so that one may still get sorted,, hopefully with none of our 4 main strikers departing as a make-weight in any deal, we need good strength in depth.
I did see you posted this earlier.....I did wonder! Have you heard anything about Emnes? The guy who posted about that has been correct (sorta) in the past....Hmmm
Unfortunately i haven''t had a name to go with the information i received, and don''t really want to push my contact as they are in a position of trust and wouldn''t want to jeopardise their job so i''m happy to survive on tit-bits, someones coming in, just don''t know who yet.. I just hope its not some 2nd rate back up keeper, rather it be another top class defender or midfielder to add to what we''ve already got. As for Emnes rumour it could be plausable, don''t know much about him mind so not sure if it were him he would be much better than what we''ve got ??

 8.
A midfield w anchor? Joey Barton
Haha, spot on with that :)
 9.
Does everyone have a secret source on these forums? Just asking because I''m newish here and wondering if I need one.
Just go shopping in Asda, you''ll see all the players we are about to sign down aisle 2 :)
 10. Alas that is fairly accurate, we should be looking for a player like Fox but who can tackle back aswell, too many times Johnson got the ball stuck in his feet as he''s not mobile enough at times to play quick one two''s and turn on a six pence, if we could morph Fox and Johnson maybe we would get the ideal player. For me Howson Snodgrass and Butterfield (so reports suggest) are all better going forward in the oppositions half. I would like to see us sign another striker and defender but am now thinking a decent defensive midfielder that can pass is just as important in our needs at the moment, that''s just my own opinion though. Hughtons got his work cut out to lift the troops before the Qpr game!!
 11. Fox is still one of our most important players, we really missed his presence v Fulham, he always keeps our team ticking by with his short sharp passing and is always wanting the ball, it''s no coincidence our recent poor performances have coincided with Fox missing from our line up, he just sits in front of the defence and goes about his work quietly hence he doesn''t always get the plaudits he deserves. When fit I would like to see him in a midfield 3 with Howson and Butterfield, we don''t need guys who are 6ft plus, just ones that can pass the ball accurately and know where to position themselves when we aren''t in possession... Something we lacked so badly v Fulham,.. I''m still in shock at what I witnessed on Saturday :(
 12. A Leeds fan trying to rattle our cage .. hahaha thats hilarious, like a fly trying to swat a human. You can say what you want Leeds fans but we''ve had the measure of you for a few years now and long will it continue. You are no more than a tin-pot outfit regarded more as a sleeping dwarf these days. So slink back off to Waccoe land and worship old Colin W#*ker some more .. x :)
 13.
We''ve been lied to and deceived once again, isn''t it clear to see? As Richard Thompson - one of my heroes - once sang, "There''s no gold at the end of the rainbow - there''s nothing to hope for any more". Despite what Bowkett and McNally might have us believe, there is nary a pot to p*ss in when it comes to competing at the highest level. If they are to be believed, our "biggest ever budget" should see us competing for the likes of quality players like Stephen Warnock, Alan Hutton, Matt Jarvis, Nicklas Bendtner, all players who would walk straight into our first team, and yet we find ourselves pinning our hopes on some Spanish left back "on loan" - we saw where loans got us with Roeder - and the possibility we might sign Curtis Davies who has had more clubs than Sevvy Ballesteros and goes down more than Jordan. Meanwhile we release our number 1 goalkeeping choice so he can sit on the bench while some pipsqueak half his age gets to flap at crosses and fall over. That''s the lot of a Norwich City fan - taken for granted, manipulated, spun, twisted, deceived and lied to. Shame on the club, shame on the board and shame on Houghton for taking it up the back passage and accepting this is the world we are now living in. No wonder Lambert left this shambles of a club. A curse on them all, I say.
*yawn* ... i don''t think i''ve seen a thread where someone want''s to discuss their back passage... i''m guessing it has the same wiffy discharge that spill''s out of your mouth. How many week''s til the school term start''s again.... ?? Good luck with your exams and remember to take a pencil and rubber with you.
 14. If we can only squeeze in one more purchase before the window slams shut then i hope its a quality defender like Curtis Davies, we are fairly solid elsewhere in the team, then in January (as with Howson deal) we can look to buy another striker if we need to, the fact that we have Holt, Morison, Vaughan and Jackson in the squad means we have good lively options, all slightly different strikers... plus Pilkington, Butterfield and Hoolahan can all play just behind a Striker so all is not lost as some fear. Its just my opinion by the way and im not sure where exactly Chris Martin will fit into all this ... things will no doubt become clearer over the coming days and weeks !! Otbc :)
 15.
The link that you provided was very helpful sjs7 - thank you.
No probs Badger, glad to have been of service. Enjoy the game, lets hope we bring home the 3 points :) Otbc!!!
 16. I would have liked a few more signings in by now in an ideal world but we dont live in an ideal world so i wont judge the board or management team until the transfer window slams shut, i have faith in McNally, Hughton and his team to do the very best for Ncfc.
 17. http://www.fulhamfc.com/Tickets/RestrictedView/RestrictedViewSeats.aspx Hope this helps, found it on the Fulham website the other day when i was checking out where my seat was in block P5, interestingly on the site it also tells you where other seats are available in the ground, i was surprised that this game isn''t already sold out, high prices yes but first game of the season you would expect a sell out.... I guess we are just spoilt at Carrow Rd with our loyal support for each and every game!! OTBC :)
 18.

Last season Chris Hughton had a certain Kevin Phillips in his squad at Birmingham to add that vital piece of experience to the front line, and he did a fairly good job by all accounts so you just never know in football. I can''t see Owen coming here for a few reasons though, age, wages, injuries etc...that said i always rated him as a younger player and the goals v Argentina and Germany for England will live long in the memory!!!!
Didn''t Phillips play for Blackpool last season?
BOOOOM! CORRECT SIR!!!!!!!!!!
Shite, your right, dam it, i remember watching the Play Off game between Blackpool and Brum aswell, oh well thats my tedious link gone "apologies" :)

 20. I would say our best bet is to stick with the tried and tested method of the past few years and look towards up and coming players with ability and something to prove from the Championship and League One, our money will go further with more realistic wages to pay out. I think we are still a season or two away from paying bigger money on proven Premier players to join our squad (that also depends on still being in the Prem). I am happy with our signings thus far, still believe we will sign another centre half and forward before August is out, Hughton seems to have sussed out whats what with our current players.... who''s going, staying and what his ideal 25 man Prem squad will be,,, plus im sure we will still have a few quid to spend in January or use the Loan options if needs must. All in all moving in the right direction. OTBC :)
 21. Everything Ncfc is pulling in the right direction, from Manager to new signings and the feel good factor which still exist''s even after Lambert''s departure. I feel that once again we have a chance of competing in this league and ruffling a few of the big boy''s feathers but for me the most important thing to remain in this league is a positive start, as with last year, a few early wins will breed the confidence to build on for the tough winter months the Premier League usually brings. Roll on August 18th, let''s put one over Fulham for once :)
 22.
You''ve signed snodgrass I don''t know anything about him so I can''t comment. However if he was really prem worthy don''t you think other clubs would have went in for him?
Sounds like someone''s lost their colouring book and crayons.
 23. The medical''s are usually the last part of the process, there''s no point in going through the hassle of it without a deal already in place. I heard yesterday that two signing medical''s were completed so its just a matter of time before the Turner deal will be announced. Have to say so far i''m pleased with the signing''s made by Hughton, a mixture of experience and exciting potential, can''t wait for the season to get going now and see if Hughton can get the best out of the squad as his predecessor did for 3 seasons solid. OTBC :)
 24. I also noticed that yesterday on Twitter, the ''source'' is a bit hit and miss but it is plausable all the same, Simeon may want to play more regularly and Hughton may want a new striker that will be more than an impact sub, time will tell but if it does happen i would wish Simeon all the best as he''s played a part in our fairytale ride thus far.
