  1. £43 each.Club don''t "do refunds".[:@]Help! Running out of time!Reply to this and we''ll sort it out.Cheers!
  2. I have a River End ticket available to a member for QPR - 25/08/12. Face value £43.00.First come first served - get in touch by email (john@johnpat.co.uk) - I''ll take your membership number, confirm with the club, arrangement payment then despatch. Why do it through the message board? Previously:1.  (ITFC - h - the famous 4-1 win) , one of us was ill, turned up at ground to sell their ticket on through the club. The club only do returns "by discretion". Supermembers aren''t included in their "discretion". After long discussions in the box office, I was allowed to stand beside the box office queue looking for a buyer. Thanks.2. (Burnley - h - Nov 2009) Car blew up on the A14. Rang club. Tickets are not returned for "casual fans" (i.e. non season-ticket holders). We are supermembers who travel from Oxfordshire. I have followed City for 41 years. In their eyes we are "casual fans". They refused to sell the tickets on. We were towed back to Oxfordshire with the tickets in our hand. Three empty seats in the Jarrold. Thanks. That''s why I''m doing it through the message board.I''ll update this thread if and when it goes.cheers!OTBC!
  3. Vamos Juan Velasco! Superb son! This has prompted me to resurrect my dormant account - what a breath of fresh air at a time when I''m now struggling to deal with it all in a calm and controlled manner.I see this thread has already been subsumed by the Holt details rather than a joyous nod at the glory that is Hucks, so to address Juan Velasco''s sentiment, we''ve always been subject to managerial ambition - e.g. Saunders, Bond and Walker. A beacon of managerial loyalty stands out. Ken Brown. Arriving as one of John Bond''s boys, he stayed with us through thick and thin and took enormous stick at one point when we were deemed to be failing. With dignity he installed, for me, what was our greatest footballing management team of Stringer and Williams who played without doubt the best style of football I''ve ever seen at Carrow Road. I still see Ken occasionally on a match day entering the ground - his dignity and modesty still stand out a mile. A true true legend. Also - Wes! Notably, Clingan and Marshall scarpered when we went down. Wes stayed and has been the marquee figure for me in the past three years. Scandalously ignored by that senile idiot in charge of Ireland, he doesn''t tweet, he doesn''t say much at all actually. If he was to scarper now then straw, camel, back. Any player demanding a move as POTS should have it stripped. Strip it and give it to Wes. God love the little fella!I will now crawl back under my stone.
  4. Typical. Just driven back to Oxfordshire from the absolute glory that was today and there''s some Muppet slagging off one of the cornerstones of our team. You just don''t get it do you? Makes my blood boil. Russell Martin is a gem and one of the main reasons we''re where we are. If you can''t see that and fancy crawling back to the bad old days of beat ''em up defenders who get a nose bleed approaching the half-way line then maybe this whole thing isn''t for you. Truly, in Lambert we trust. Get real.
