1.
exactly right. Keeping away will not work. Not buying programmes and meat pies will not work. 15,000+ fans standing up and shouting WORTHY OUT...... WILL WORK. No manager has ever survived when the majority of the fans want him out.
Absolutley spot on mate. WORTHY OUT!
2. Yet another muppett who was down the park with "load of old squit"! Trouble is mate NW has not got the skills or know how on how to bring players down to earth because he has lost the plot! NW needs to earn respect by changing the way he runs this club and we all know that this is never going to happen. He has taken this club as far as he can and now its time for change!
3. What "a load of old squit" you are talking! Did you actually goto CW and watch the game or were u down the local park watching to sunday league pub sides playing in the same colours? The only time NW has earnt is the time it takes him to clear his desk![:P]
4. See this taken from Sky Sports....same old ***! The worst comment is "is to win games of football for Norwich and to be here for a long time" Jesus christ i really hope someone at this club takes a step back looks at whats happened and whats going to happen and then look at taking action to do something about it and quickly. We need a whole new coaching staff before the end of the season so that the new team can build for next season by playing football. Doing this in the summer will just be a waste of time. Please ACT NOW to save this club. Norwich City boss Nigel Worthington has insisted he will not resign despite an angry response from home fans after Sunday''s derby defeat by Ipswich. A late Danny Haynes goal gave Ipswich a 2-1 win in the East Anglian derby at Carrow Road, and the home fans voiced their displeasure with the manager after the final whistle. Around 150 fans stayed behind after the game to call for Worthington to leave, but he is determined to make a success at Norwich. "I can understand their frustration - it''s part of football," said Worthington. "It takes strong people, strong minds to come through and I will stand tall. I believe in what we are trying to do here. "The players have to transfer what they do on the training ground onto the pitch, it''s as simple as that. "Everyone is entitled to their opinion, that''s what the game is all about. Do I like losing? No, I don''t. Do supporters like it? No, they don''t. "Everyone has a goal in life and I know what mine is - it''s to win games of football for Norwich and to be here for a long time." The ball looked to have come off Haynes'' hand for the winner, but Worthington was not complaining and believed Ipswich deserved to win the game. "I suppose there was an element of good fortune about both their goals - and there was certainly a handball in the winner, but I''m not going to make a big issue about that," he said. "There''s no doubt Ipswich deserved all three points on the day. Had it stayed at 1-1 I would have been absolutely delighted with a point because we just didn''t play as well as we could. "It was very disappointing and we all had a little chat about it afterwards. Hopefully I''ll get a positive response."
5. What do you all think of the following question from a Norwich fan and Kammys subsequent answer? Hi Chris, I''m a season ticket holder at Norwich and have read your column and seen you write positive thinks about City. However, after you witnessed the abysmal performance at Reading first hand for Sky, can you still say that Nigel Worthington is doing a good job? Darren, Norwich. KAMMY SAYS: For 30 minutes the performance from Reading was the best I have seen from a Championship side ever. Being 2-0 down after half an hour, I didn''t put anything down to Norwich, but down to the quality, passing and movement of Reading. But in the 15 minutes before half-time I take your point. Norwich didn''t get into Reading as you would have wanted them to, but it could just have been that they were demoralised and were hoping for half-time to come - I have been there and it can be hard to get back into a game. They did show a response in the second-half but then conceded two goals and it was over. Write that one off Darren, Reading were at their best. Stick with Worthington, the play-offs are there for the taking. He has just spent £3.5m so there is no point removing him now. Norwich is a faithful club, Delia and the board want stability. A problem for relegated clubs is that the fans enjoy their Premiership season but then don''t like it when they are struggling in a league below. But look at Sunderland, they are not even enjoying their year in the top flight, at least Norwich took it to the last day of the season rather than February. This scenario of teams dropping down and struggling will happen again many times. You still have an outside chance of the play-offs and if you do not get there, give him the first dozen games of next season to see if his new side gels Personally.....and i do not post on here that often.....is that he must go but we must also give these new players a chance.....he (NW) as a tactition is useless and as many people have said we have won 18 out the last 69 games or so......because he has lost the plot with who plays where and dose what in the game it makes us a very bad team....his comments about Green and players on the post and his goal kicks is a sham......NW is the manger and he should tell Green wot to do and not let him decide for himself.....if every player made his own decisions then whats the point in having a manager? Injuries have not helped but neither has the rubbish that he has brought in since we were relegated. IMO to many excuses and not enough action...deadline day transfers show it all. I hope we can beat the **** on Sunday (actually thrash them!) but i can see us at the end of another defeat or a draw at best....and if this happens then..well....OUT i say. Good Luck City on Sunday.....because we need it.
6. Hi Agree with you 100% on this one.......lucky for me i am a NTL customer and have managed to get a years free subscription! Totally agree about paying you TV licence (£120) and then can''t listen to local radio via the net. We are all getting ripped off left right and centre.

8. I agree with every word you have written. I am currently that embaresed to be a CITY fan i have taken all the sticker out of my car! Worthy must go now like you say before it''s to late as games are coming thick and fast at the moment.....and some how i can''t see us winning 4-5! because that is the only thing that will save his bacon tonight. Glad in a way that i handed my away season ticket back.   Come on boys do something this half to give us some respect....
9. The following taken from Sky Sports today 30.08.05 Norwich have given manager Nigel Worthington a vote of confidence in the face of the club''s poor start to the Championship season. The Canaries were the bookies'' favourites to make an immediate return to the top-flight, but have had a meagre return of just three points from their opening six games. A 3-1 defeat at Stoke on Monday left The Canaries second bottom with only struggling Millwall worse off. However, the Norfolk outfit have quickly come out in defence of Worthington and insist talk of him already being under pressure is wide of the mark despite unrest amongst some fans. "It (looking for a new manager) is just not on the agenda - it''s unthinkable," chairman Roger Munby told the club''s official website. "The fans have been behind Nigel. "They are curious at some of his decisions. But what they don''t know, and what I sometimes don''t know, is what happens up at Colney in training and the psychological preparations before matches. "When frustration breaks out they will attribute the things they see on the pitch as their only explanation." I don''t think we can wait much longer to get points on the board.....12 pts behind already.....4 wins and hope everyone slips up??? We could be the next Nottingham Forest if we are not carefull. No signings dose not help either....not even a player mentioned as a possibility....or will we be suprised come this time tomorrow. I give him until the SCUM game to turn it round fail at that game and it should be BYE BYE
10. Anyone know who the Norwich fan was at the Desert Classic 4 in Las Vegas was. The camera kept showing him standing there proud as punch in his NEW shirt.
11. WBA have just lost 2-0.....gives us a bit of a chance....could do with a 3-0 win on Saturday to sort out a bit of the goal difference! Still can''t get over Saturday....it''s the first time on 30 years (since we lost the playoff final anyway) that i have cried at a game! Didn''t deserve to lose but we have robbed others recently and i suppose what goes around comes around. Won''t be there Saturday can''t get a ticket for love nor money....but will be at Fulham for an end of season party what ever happens.
12. I think after last night inept performance against the best team in the league spells the end of the season for us and hello again to the fizzy league. Shackell was outstanding last night and the likes of Fleming , Drury and Edworthy should look at him as an example to all......the 3 mentioned were not even poor they were worse than that!  I think a massive clear out is due for the summer with the likes of Edworthy , Fleming , Drury , McVeigh , Mulryne , Holt , Helveg , Francis , Jonnson , Svennson and even Safri should be sold and as much money generated as possible for a full rebuild of our squad. Then we can you the likes of Shackell , Henderson and Jarvis and Crow next season. We must keep Charlton as he is a good defender no matter what anyone says along with Stuart i think he has put a lot of energy and commitment into his play and should be offered a contract next season. Lets bring in some young blood from elsewhere next season.....Freddy Eastwood he knows were the goal is (and i know you are all going to say he is 4th division old money) but players like him would relish the chance to move up! To end all i can say lets not finish bottom lets leave that to WBA and lets give the fans plenty to cheer about for the rest of the season by sneaking a couple of wins somewhere. OTBC
13. Not long left....i can''t see anyone coming in....what do you all think.   Jason Euell is looking to move away...loan with option to buy perhaps! How did the Scum get David Unsworth???....he would have been good for us.... Martin Keown going to Reading......are we making enquiries or what?   :
14. Now all we need is WBA to win 2-0 later!!!!!
15. To far behind now....it''s all over...there is no hope!
16. Can''t agree more......who thinks it''s time for a change as Worthy''s tactics and after match comments don''t bring much hope for the future! definetley over now as Palace have gone 1 up
17. Totally agree it has been a disgrace......i don''t know what else i can say but we are DOOMED
18. I''m afraid the season is all over now losing 3-1 is just not good enough
19. I do agree Crouch did have a good game...he is something  that we haven''t got....along with a battling midfielder and a decent defense
20. Southampton beating Liverpool 2-0 so far and looking a far better side than us.....Jamie Redknap making the difference....if we don''t beat Boro today I feel its all over for us.....what do you all think?
21. As i see it Worthy has 2 more chances to try and save the season 1 Get Bentley back to Arsenal...pay the 130k wages 2 Get 2 loan signings in double quick before Saturday. I say this becasuse every game he dosen''t do anything is another game lost. I can''t see us beating Boro on Saturday we are just not good enough to compete with them as we were yesterday at Villa. Dury was no where during the game and cost us 2 goals with some very poor defending......the midfield was no existenet and this is where he needs to strengthen.....1 attacking midfielder and 1 defencive midfielder. Ashton looks good but he is not going to score if he dosen''t get any service. Maybe he should play Ashton/Jonson up front and have Huckerby/Other playing on the wings to get some service in.....maybe the OTHER could be the missing Mcveigh! I really can''t see us staying up at the moment but i hope we do. Finally how many of you are infuriated with Worthys after match comments...."We gave are all"....."We batelled all the way"!!! What game was he watching yesterday IMO the team were still on the coach from West Ham last week!
22.
A better idea would be to get rid of you!! I now wasted 40 seconds reading your post.
Who ever you are.....I will say what I want and when I want...I don''t ask you to read my topics. IMO they were rubbish and we could use their extortionate wages to source someone who wants to give 150% to this club week in week out. They may have been good against Bolton but every game I have seen they have been c**p.
23. What I say is get rid of both of them as they are both a complete waste of time. Helveg can pass or tackle to save his life.....and as for Jonson....he get''s the ball and then just stops....he obviously has no confidence in taking the full backs on.....Bentley had Bridge wrapped round his finger yesterday but when he gave to Jonson to have a go the ball ended up going back to either a defender/midfielder and we went no where. McVeigh should be in the side instead of either of them....when Holt,Francis and Mulryne are back Helveg will not start again! We need a Defender , Midfielder and a good Striker in Jan to give us a back bone to the squad.... I was at the Chelsea game sitting just behind the Norwich dugout and there were a lot of fans giving Worthy a lot of stick over Helveg and I had to agree with them.....he will be our down fall. Give some of the youngsters a run they can do any worse.....look at the Rooneys , Mellors etc and what they did for thier sides. I think we will finish were we are now 4th from bottom...with WBA , Palace and Southampton going down. We must win ALL of our remaining home games and pick up the odd point away from home and I am confident that we can do it. Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to all you City Fans out there!
